I expressed my disappointment inf the pock marks, faded paint and paint wearing off and he started screaming at me telling me how much he works and dropping f-bombs directed at me. My car was brought there the end of March and I heard nothing from them until the end of April. My car should've been totalled, they gave my insurance a estimate of 7k and when it was FINALLY fixed in mid June they charged over 10k which meant it should've been totalled. The car drove one week and never drove again. It was towed back to Abra, where it literally sat with no answers until September. When they said it needed a new motor and it was nothing to do with their work on the motor. This SUV ran perfect before it hit a deer and was supposedly "fixed". Terrible service department and the receptionist is so rude to everyone. Go anywhere but here. ​​​
