The restoration required professional soot remediation, sealing and repainting walls, cleaning all upholstery and fabrics, and extensive cleaning throughout the entire home. What made this even worse was the company's response afterward. They would not provide the business owner's information or their business insurance information, and they took absolutely no responsibility for the damage caused by their work.
