I only ever go here when im in a crunch. because the prices are so much higher than anyone else. I recently bought fill dirt from here for $25 a yard. ($3.50 at Peterson) I know fill dirt isn't the best dirt and I wasn't expecting good dirt. But what I got was nothing short of garbage. there was old fabric, lots of big roots, chunks of sod, and mulch! And not a small amount of it either, at least 50% of what I got was one of these things. Bottom line, save yourself the time and money and go somewhere else.

Saying hello to your customer is of paramount importance, it lets them know their loyalty is important. Over the past 2 to 3 years, a particular older woman working there has waited on me many times. I can honestly say her attitude borders on hostile. Not once have I been greeted when using her lane. Today was no different. No smile, no hello, nothing to suggest I was anything but an inconvenience. Not once has any other employee demonstrated such cold, unwelcoming behavior. My fear is she may be the wife of one of the owners. I enjoy the store for many reasons but the poor customer service demonstrated by this woman, Cashier 0020, is reason enough to cease going. Bruce's management: if she is someone's wife, I feel sorry for you. If not, perhaps it's time to school the older gal in appropriate customer service.
