I've been through various technicians from this company but the last one has left severe damage to our pool. The pool was not properly maintained and as a result, we accumulated some calcium deposits. I asked Carlos several times to have the spots removed and cleaned back in October of last year. His technician decided to use an abrasive brush that gauged our pool in multiple locations. We have a bright blue pool finish so they are easily noticeable. Carlos acknowledged via text with me that his technician scratched our pool in multiple locations and THEY would fix it. Fast forward 4 months and the 8 scratches CANNOT be fixed. Carlos offered me 100 dollars the 5300 dollar bill to refinish the pool, stated he isn't paying for anything more, and then fired me as a client. I've complained multiple times about this particular technician as he shows up at 6 am when it's still dark out, the pool is never cleaned as he cannot see, he's on his headset phone yelling in Spanish early in the morning, and lastly he's gotten in arguments with my painter and landscaper. I've attempted to collect the money for the repairs from Carlos and his insurance company (CRAMER AND ASSOCIATES) with zero success. The insurance company won't return my calls or emails. I have no choice but to pursue other avenues to collect the funds but wanted to warn everyone about this company. I will add photos when they upload. Read the review from Josh here. Premium Pools did a sub par pool renovation at my home. The owner uses very devious business…read moretactics and bills for work not completed. Do not be fooled by Felipe's soft spoken easy going manner. He is ruthless. In my opinion he is not qualified in pool restoration and uses fly by night sub contractors. I gave him a credit card authorization for a one time small down payment only because he was having trouble depositing checks with his bank. Felipe charged me a 7% credit card fee which he promised to return but never did. He made two other charges using the card without my authorization and I didn't find out until it was too late. I had to report the card as lost. The worst part of the project is that Felipe of Premium Pools charged my account and walked away with the sloppy tile work that was never fixed, the fire-up which was never completed and a burned out pool motor which his subcontractors caused and never disclosed. If you hire this company to do your pool restoration and wind up with money and quality work issues, I told you so. Beware.
