Delicious! We have the brisket and a burger. Both were excellent. It's great to have something so close to home!

We shared the Pretzel and the fried pickles. Both were very good-but I will say the pretzel may have been the saltiest I've ever had and I bet if they gave them away they would make the lost revenue and then some back with increased drink sales...but having said that, we enjoyed it and love the accompanying beer cheese. The fried pickles were also very good and wouldn't hesitate to order them again. We LOVE the fried chicken sandwich here-so we ordered that again to split and split a basic cheese burger again. My mom was adventurous and ordered some kind of specialty burger and it was great! We all got the onion rings which are def what I recommend upgrading to personally-these are some of the best I've had and if I came solo I would get the chicken sandwich with onion rings. The pizzas do look solid but we had pizza already so that is another thing I would consider trying. One last note about the place, we visited this place in various states of business-the first being a Saturday and easily the busiest around 3ish. We went mid-week for lunch and that day it was slower but still had some folks in at around approx 2-3pm. Finally we came on Friday afternoon sometime after 3pm and left just before 4pm if I recall and it was fairly dead. I do think this place gets busy because it makes some good food and there is not a lot of other good options very close-there are 2 well reviewed on Yelp and one of them is another go-to for us...but if you like a good bar/roadhouse kind of vibe that makes good food I would def recommend you give it a shot!

An absolute hidden gem in New Lebanon!…read more OMG, what an adorable little cafe! We were in New Lebanon and looking for somewhere to eat around 7:30 PM. Being a small town, there weren't many options still open, so we called to see if they were still serving dinner. The sweetest lady answered and told us their kitchen closed at 8:00 PM, but they would still be happy to take us. We're SO glad we called! The moment we walked in, we loved the place. It was beautifully decorated, with fresh wildflowers they had picked themselves, the tables were set so nicely, and everything had such a warm, cozy, welcoming feel. We were seated immediately and had ice water at the table right away. The service from beginning to end was seriously top-notch. Then the wonderful lady helping us, and I'm so sorry we didn't get her name, brought out freshly baked mini blueberry muffins. OH. MY. GOODNESS. They were DELICIOUS. That was the moment we looked at each other and knew dinner was going to be good. And it absolutely was! Our daughter ordered an omelette, my wife had the steak frites, and I ordered the chicken piccata. Every single dish was delicious. My wife also ordered a blueberry cosmo, which she loved! At this point we were completely stuffed, but there was no way we were leaving without trying dessert. We ordered the red velvet cake AND the chocolate croissant bread pudding with vanilla ice cream. Did we need both? Absolutely not. Did we finish them anyway? Pretty much! The food was just THAT good. We kept telling ourselves we were full and somehow kept taking another bite. What really made this place special, though, was the hospitality. We came in close to closing time, and instead of ever making us feel rushed or like an inconvenience, they welcomed us with kindness and gave us a wonderful dinner experience. That says a lot about a place. 5 stars all the way. If you're anywhere near New Lebanon, do yourself a favor and stop here. Places like this deserve all the support and business they can get. Great food, beautiful atmosphere, and genuinely wonderful people. We will DEFINITELY be back, and next time we're coming for breakfast!

I picked up a matcha latte here, and my friend catered a delicious brunch from this spot!…read more I appreciated that the matcha didn't come pre-sweetened. It could've been whisked/blended a bit better (separated a bit), but I was happy with it overall. Regarding the catering, I was a big fan of the avocado toast (super fresh and creamy and nice flavor) and tasty muffins (I enjoyed the blueberry muffin.) It takes a bit to make drinks / food, so be sure to allocate some time--this isn't one of the factory-like cafes that churn out drinks / whip out ready-made food. The interior is cute and has assorted offerings of general foods/supplies that were fun to peruse.

It is kinda like a mom and pop style small cafesque space with some Greek imagery and vibes. We took a few menus to a table near the side of the room and began to check it out. Fair amount of choices to choose from and there are beer choices and a beverage cooler stocked full as well. I decided to go with a steak and cheese grinder and my friend a Greek salad with chicken and we had a side prefer of meatballs too. The food was very fresh and very hot straight out of the oven which we could see into the tiny kitchen in the back from our table. Very friendly couple running the place. Everything was very tasty and delicious. The salad had fresh larger chunks of cucumbers and tomatoes and was delightful along with some tasty dressing as well. All in all very nice lunch and the pizza looked and smelled amazing we did not order any but will definitely have to try it next visit.

I definitely won't be ordering from here in the future since they clearly didn't want my business.

Five stars, hands down. ***** The exterior is a pop of color in the small town of West Stockbridge and it is conveniently located near the I-90, Tanglewood, and all things Berkshires. Check out the original artwork on the walls and relax as you are transported to another place. What makes this restaurant so special is the authenticity of the food. All the recipes are from the original Florence location, perfected over many years by the owners. If you are a meat-eater then you'll be delighted by any of the filets. I enjoyed both the blueberry filet and the green peppercorn filet (strategically ordering both with a friend and then switching plates once halfway through!). The port wine sauce chicken is also quite tasty. The restaurant offers several "samplers" (salad, steak, pasta, dessert) which makes it easy to try lots of different flavor combinations, textures, and fresh ingredients. We did get the pasta sampler, and my favorites were the gnocchi (that day it was served with red pepper sauce - but on my next visit I tried the Gorgonzola sauce, yum) and the bow tie pasta with pumpkin and tiny but delicious morsels of almond crunch. I love greek salad and Acqua Al 2 did not disappoint. Fresh, crisp and refreshing cucumbers & tomatoes with a "to-die-for" feta cheese. I am also a huge fan of tiramisu so while others in our group opted for the dessert sampler, I went all-in on my top choice... iykyk. A good tiramisu can make or break a meal. This one was A+ Our server, Juan, was gracious and attentive. Overall a wonderful experience. Also, I don't drink alcohol, but they do have a full bar and an extensive wine list. Content with my Shirley Temple, I felt no judgement from staff!
