Ordered takeout for the first time from here. We wanna love it cause we desperately need a pizza place in Stephentown/berlin again! But everything was undercooked. Pizza was half raw we had to put it in the oven to cook it longer (no picture because it was in the oven as I wrote this lol). Wings were okay, got mild and garlic parm, but got no blue cheese!! That was strange. Usually you shouldn't have to ask for it. The cherry poppers are pretttyy yummy, love the cherry BBQ sauce on them, but once again a bit undercooked. Hopefully just a one off thing, we will try again another day.

Delicious appetizer and sandwiches for lunch and always a great selection of drinks. Excellent service, bartender is so friendly, pleasant atmosphere for lunch. Dessert was very yummy. Overall great experience!

The restaurant was able to accommodate our family of 14 and serve us with ease and speed which was a plus! Easy parking in a lot down the block which is free on evenings and weekends. Our server was lovely and helpful. I'll try somewhere else next time.

It was all edible, but there were problems with every single thing we ordered. We started with the marinated mushroom & sausage flatbread: one of the better items and fairly tasty with a tomato sauce base, could have used a tart element like a balsamic drizzle to wake it up a bit. My husband got the Korean bbq burger, which at $27 was honestly a bit insane and doubly so when it wasn't good. There's not a single thing that was wrong, the whole conception is an epic fail. A beef burger should not have an intense taste of soy. Sorry, harsh but true. The exorbitant price is insult to injury. The ham and cheese croquettes should never have been offered with the cinnamon sugar dusting. Another bizarre pairing that makes no sense in your mouth and adds nothing. The dijonnaise was good if a bit mild... amp up the savory flavor and put more ham in the mix with a touch more salt please. Finally, the Public Salad was a good base but needs a bit of a vinegar component to make it sing. I'd recommend red wine vinegar, just a small splash in the dressing. Overall enjoyed it and the chicken was adequately moist. Thank you for having us.

"Stuck in a jam" double cheeseburger may be the best burger I've ever eaten. Smashburger with spicy jam and bacon. Fiiire Vietnamese salad. Perfect balance of heat and vinegar snap. Our group ordered a bunch of burgers and took heed of some reviewers' warnings-- the burgers are kinda small so you'll want a double or a whole other burger if you're hungry! For me, they were just the right size to satisfy! I got the sLAMBer burger which was SO GOOD, such an amazing mix of flavors that I couldn't stop gushing about how good it was! I heard similar sounds of approval from friends enjoying their burgers (the jam one was really popular in our group). Fries weren't spectacular but when you want fries, a GOOD fry is all you need. Now the honey pie! 3 of us ordered a slice and I think everyone enjoyed it! It's a sweet baked good unlike anything I've really had before and the salt flakes on top help to cut the sweetness. It was a bit too sweet for me to eat on my own in one sitting but I still liked it! I wish they delivered but we didnt mind picking up the order since it was only 6 min away by car! I originally thought the prices were sorta expensive for burgers but honestly not that bad because what you get is so delicious. I'm super interested in trying their 16 oz matcha milkshake... next time!

Genuinely surprised by the amount of complaints and poor reviews people have made about Mamas Boy…read more We finally were able to check out this food spot after skiing all day and I was very impressed there is on street parking or there is their own private parking lot. First off you can order both outside at the single serve window or inside if people just read the signs instead of complaining. We ordered inside as I had a few menu questions never being there before. We ordered a Mamas Boy Burger, Jersey boy burger, grilled cheese, and tots. We also order two mills shakes the German chocolate cake and black cherry. I made the mistake of ordering two Patti's on my Mamas Boy and oh man it was huge! A single patty is more than filling as the burger patty is easily twice the size of the bun! The jersey boy burger was just as huge and delicious to the point my boyfriend said oh you won't like it simply because he didn't want to give me a single bite lol. The tots were so crisp and well seasoned a must try if you still have room after eating a giant burger! Yes the burgers are a little greasy but that is normal and still edible. We also ordered a grilled cheese which was the only disappoint of the meal for $7 as it was not melted at all on the Inside only crisp bread on the outside. I would've had said something to the staff however my boyfriend just wanted to go home and said he would remelt it there. When ordering our milkshakes the staff were extremely helpful and patient. Highly recommend the German chocolate cake as it was amazing. The black cherry with their hard ice cream was delicious as well. Our whole meal was a little over $40 for a late lunch and well worth the price.

Service was really friendly and our food came out very quickly. I had the impossible burger with onion rings and fries on the side. The impossible burger was good, and I customized it by adding an egg. The onion rings were really good, but the fries I found to be a little lackluster. I recommend getting cheese fries or a dipping sauce if you are ordering fries. Days after my visit and I am still regretting not getting a shake or frozen custard! I also love that they are dog friendly in the outside seating area.

The onion bites were a fantastic alternative to onion rings and dangerously easy to keep eating. The beer list reads like a who's who of great choices, and the wings were excellent, possibly the best I've had in recent memory. The buffalo sauce was especially well done, with just enough heat to know it is there, but still approachable even for someone who does not usually go for spice. The real highlight, though, was Joyce. She absolutely personified great customer service. Friendly, attentive, thoughtful, and on top of everything without ever overdoing it. Honestly, the level of care she gave rivaled service at a five-star resort. I wish Joyce could follow me around to every meal I have. She was that good. We are ordered the double dip, Buffalo chicken and spinach artichoke. It took over twenty minutes for the dips, even tho the place was half empty. We had a feeling the entrees would arrive shortly and we were right. Halfway thru the dips the entrees arrived. Chicken piccata was bland, and the pasta was overcooked. The sauce was watery and there was only a slight taste of lemon. Not at all what it should have been. Haddock was obviously fresh, but again, bland. Served in a bath of butter, but no herbs, no discernible seasoning. Services was attentive, beers were cold, if somewhat overpriced. Don't know that I'll be back.
