We had to look for a mid-size bus to transfer 35 guests from an office meeting to dinner then to their hotels (6 hotels in the downtown area). We were suprised with the high quotes that we got from other shuttle buses companies (4 hours minimum, 8% fuel surcharge, hourly rate - starts/ends from the time the shuttle leaves/arrives to gargage-which could be additional 3 hours charge)!!! Above All Transportation was our jackpot!!! - Price - Much cheaper than other quotes we received - no hidden surcharge and no additional hours for the shuttle leaving/arriving from the garage. - Timeliness - Arrived early at our office to pick up the guests (no additional charge), provided driver's contact information in case we need to call him. Prompty picked up at the restaurant and dropped off all the guests at the 6 different hotels. One thing I would make sure when you call to get a quote, make sure you get the person name that give you the quote. We got a different quote when we called back the next day to reserve the bus, but they were able to honor the earlier quote. read more

I use Above All frequently and have had great experiences but a recent one stands out. The airline canceled my flight from FL with a few hours notice and rescheduled my husband and me on different flights on different days. We needed to get home so decided to go with it. When I got to the airport, my flight was delayed and I would miss my connection. The airline put me on a very late flight and stand by on an earlier one. I contacted Above All and let them know I would be on a different flight but not sure which one. When I finally knew I'd be arriving after midnight, I called - the dispatcher told me not to worry - he would have someone there to meet me. When I landed, I had a text from a driver and was relieved to know I would get home safely. But the story doesn't end there. My flight arrived after midnight, there was a long delay in getting luggage onto the carousel and turns out, mine was not there. When I finally tracked down my luggage and got to the car it was well after 1am. The driver was there and greeted me with a smile. Great service- thank you. read more

Above All came through and were outstanding. They were contracted by a funeral home to drive us from MA to NY for a funeral. Keith arrived early in a beautiful, clean limo. He was extremely professional and kind. The ride was smooth and timely and he waited patiently during the service. Due to low hanging bridges along the shuttle route, last minute changes in driving directions needed to be made and shared. Great experience from beginning to end! I first made my reservation with Waynee he was extremely helpful and informative! I followed up with Sandy for my final payment a few days before the reservation date, she was also great! She made me feel very confident about the driver and making sure we were at our destinations on time! I hired this company and rented a 15 person luxury van in August. I was quoted a price and budgeted with the others for this trip. We decided to proceed. It was a 6hour ride each way. I confirmed all of the details with the company many times. I also received several emails confirming this total. The day prior to the trip (because it was being charged to my cc) , I called my cc co to authorize this amount , because I am required to do so over a certain amount. The ride down was great, the driver Patrick was more than accommodating and professional. The way home was a different story. The driver almost hit another car On the highway(almost swerving into the median); and we became concerned for our safety. We asked him if he was ok, and he said "I didn't sleep At all because I did the Taylor Swift concert".... He barley apologized to any of us and was very unprofessional. Had we not been so far from home; we would have gotten off and made other ride arrangements. He clearly wasn't fit for doing this long trip. Also a side mirror was missing from the bus. Clearly not safe. I put in a call to the owners of the company, thinking they would want to know about this. I received no apology whatsoever. Later that day, I noticed my cc was charged an addtnl $1054. This was not authorized. When I called back to ask about this; the owner pinned it on me. However this was never discussed and was ridiculous. I was told someone would get back to me. Long story short after several calls, emails, and conversations )on my end), he agreed to refund me the entire amount. In fact he took the time to retrieve the initial quote conversation. It was clear in fact that I was given the incorrect information. He recognized that and said he'd take care of it. I was only partially credited and am still owed over $200. I had left messages and sent emails re this issue. Finally I received a response saying I misunderstood and would not be refunded any further. I am Busy working Mom. I did not have time for this and am thoroughly disappointed in this company's level of integrity. I never wanted anything but what I was owed and a acknowledgement of the issue we had. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Both my Husband and myself are business owners. We pride ourselves in our outstanding customer service. We would have never treated anyone this way. He provided his contact number so we could reach him when it was time to surprise the birthday boy with his luxury ride! Perfect day made even better with Larry! To whom it may concern: I wanted to give you a breakdown of the issues that occurred on my son's wedding day. We were to have a bus waiting for the bridal party at Sheraton 4 Points which was there on time but as I introduced myself to the driver I was told that our original bus was going to be late (he was sent directly to the church) so he was instructed to take the current bus to us and we will depart the church on our original bus. Leaving the church, we decided since we were passing the Sheraton 4 point's hotel we would pick up as many guests as we could to go directly to the venue. When we pulled up, the doors of the bus would not open. The driver tried several times unsuccessfully to open the door. He then stood up and pulled on the door to manually open it for the guests that were waiting to board. At this time the door still would not open so he pushed or pulled on a red lever and at that time a screeching alarm sounded. He tried to shut the bus off hoping it would re-set but unfortunately it would not. Some guests entered the bus but because of the alarm sounding, they removed their family members. At this time the driver still couldn't shut off the beeping. My 14 month old grandson was crying uncontrollably because of the high pitched beeping that we couldn't console him. As we pulled away from the hotel, the doors opened. They would not lock so my son (the groom) came up front and held the doors closed. At this time the driver just pulled over and didn't know what to do. One of our guests told my son to sit with his bride and he would manually hold the doors closed. Next, we just told the driver to continue driving, we were extremely late at this time and decided the best thing to do was to continue on to the venue. My grandson was screaming in pain so the best thing for him was to remove him from his car seat and to be held by his mother. I can't express the level of frustration I have at this point. Knowing that we are only 6 miles from the venue, I assume we would arrive within 15 minutes. As we are driving I decide to call your dispatch to inform them of our issues. The driver said he would call you but unfortunately this hadn't been done yet. your dispatcher told me that they would be sending another bus to the hotel to pick up our guest that were waiting for the shuttle but that would take at least another 20-30 minutes and the bus we were in would be replaced. It took the driver over 25 minutes to get us to Avenir. We now arrive after 7:30PM. I'm receiving texts from our guest that have been waiting at the hotel for the shuttle (which was never going to make it back in time). At least 10 separate groups of guests decided to Uber to the venue. Now the end of the evening is approaching (just about midnight) and we make an announcement that the shuttle is leaving, the bus fills up and leaves. We waited until just about 1AM and the shuttle returns for my family, the bride and groom and some of the ushers to help us load the gifts and remaining items that need to go back to the hotel. The bus pull up, the driver never helped us to open the back of the bus to load our items, so our group of people take care of that. As he is driving we notice that he is taking 95 instead of continuing down Rte 1. Again it is close to 25 minutes before we arrive at the hotel. The bus driver never took a direct route to the hotel or venue again a distance of 6 miles. There was no reason each trip should have taken 25 minutes. Nice Party Bus! Horrible service! I received additional charges 2 1/2 weeks after the rental day for additional hours, on my debit card. Somehow it's my fault for the driver to take a longer route while driving like ms. Daisy on the highway. We just worked with Above All Transporation this past weekend for our wedding and couldn't have asked for a more professional and friendly service. The buses were in excellent condition and the drivers, having to make a few complicated transitions, were totally on top of their game. The pricing may not be the cheapest option but it was completely reasonable and absolutely worth it. All went very well and I would highly recommend using this group. I would like to especially call out Sandy, who helped me in organizing all of the buses and made sure they would be at the right place at the right time. She was very informative and on top of her game in dealing with her. John, the driver for the bridal party, was also super friendly and professional. My senior prom was late May and I began to plan out the transportation in late April. I quite literally went through over 100 companies and this was the only one that fit my requirements... kind of. I needed something a H2 Stretch Hummer that would accommodate 20 passengers comfortably, that was FLASHY and beautiful, and that was cheap. I achieved everything but cheap. It was $60/per passenger for 2 hours before prom and 1 hour after. $60 was one of the cheapest I could find it. The limo was beautiful though and everyone loved it. The driver was super nice too! Came down with gi bug on the night of my trip and had to cancel my ride last minute. Unfortunately they were not able to wipe the fee for the airport despite calling about an hour before pickup. They have a 2 hour cancellation policy. Have used them before and had a pleasant experience. read more

I came across Above All Transportation via limos.com after looking for a limo for Valentine's day. I cannot even express how happy I was with everything! Our driver was at our pick up location 15 minutes prior to the time scheduled. The Navigator I selected couldn't have been any cleaner and the price, especially for Valentine's day, was great compared with other companies. We had a smooth and quick drive up to Boston from Pembroke. My boyfriend had left his jacket in the car and Steve pulled back around to the restaurant within seconds. He stopped at any of the pit stops we needed to make and gave us no trouble about it. Steve was awesome and probably the best driver I could've asked for! went out for a 21st birthday this past saturday, the night of the "nor'easter." Bruce, our driver showed up 30 minutes early as he wasn't sure what traffic would be like. He was friendly, curteous, and profressional. He stayed in communication with us throughout the night for the various stops we had planned. Dorothy handled booking our reservation and was great to deal with. The limo was clean and comfortable. Would absolutely book again. read more

I organized the trip and I will tell you that this is the worst limo service I have ever used. The driver was a total jerk from the start. He just had an attitude problem for no reason at all (or maybe b/c it was raining out- but how many people do you know wont drive a bus for $750 in the rain???) Not only was he a jerk but he took a half an hour to count our money (cash that we had collected) for the service and he deducted the half hour from our trip. To top off the great start, the limo bus also broke down on the trip and the driver had to call a tow service to have it jumpstarted. Another thing... I called a day later to find out if they found a jacket and our Ipod adapter and (big surprise!) nothing was found on the bus! Not only was the service terrible and overpriced, but they stole our stuff. Dont use this service! read more

We rented a Hummer Limo that was unbelievable, the driver showed up early and the Limo was clean and shiny. We also rented a a 31 passenger Trolley, their Trolley is great, it is brand new. I cannot say enough about this company. They bailed me out big time. I had a party of 24 for whom I reserved a 22 seat Hummer through a scam, garbage company called Boston limousine service. You guessed it, at the time of departure no Hummer. With my stomach in my throat I called around and was incredibly lucky to find John answering the phone at this company. He was able to provide me a 30 person party bus which arrived pretty quickly that same night. They were courteous and fair. The driver John could not have been nicer. He looked out for our party personally. I will use this company forever more. They are reliable, pleasant to deal with and reasonably priced. Great job Above All transportation!! We used them for transportation of our wedding party. We got the 31 passenger shuttle bus. Our driver was early to pick us up at our hotel. The bus was clean and comfortable. Our driver was helpful and courteous. It was a snowy weekend and there were some tricky maneuvering into our church lot and in and out of our hotel, which was no problem for our driver. He helped to make sure everyone got in and out of shuttle without slipping on the icy areas. The service was excellent from booking to the day of the wedding. Their prices were excellent. This company ruined my friends bachelor party. From the second we got there the guy kept trying to charge us extra for lil stuff. Some friend of ours puked in a bag later in the night and the guy said it would cost $250. The guy was trying to charge us extra for driving to different bars. Its a party bus, you drive us where we wanna go. I've been to many party busses and this by far was the worst. We used Above All Transportation for our daughter's wedding. They provided a 9 passenger limousine and 37 passenger bus. Our daughter currently lives in Massachusetts and my husband and I live in New Jersey. We researched and spoke to several businesses before calling Above All. I knew immediately upon talking to Sandy McGill, their wedding coordinator, that this was the company we wanted to do business with. She asked all the right questions and answered all of mine. She made tweaking times and details seamless, all while being professional and friendly. We had the cell phone numbers of the drivers the day before the wedding. Both drivers were on time, professional and so helpful. The limousine and bus were spotless and comfortable. Lovely chilled champagne was waiting for us in the limousine. Thank you Gary for helping us get the dresses in and out of the limo and the mother of the bride in her heels and long gown as well. I've used Above All Transportation a few times for drop off and pick up at Logan and have always had a good experience. Drivers are friendly and always on time. I recently came back from vacation and had a pick-up time of 7:30. My flight from Chicago got cancelled but was able to get on an earlier flight. I had just enough time to call Above All to let them know about the flight. I only had the new flight # and wasn't sure what time it was arriving. The person I spoke with said don't worry, we'll look it up and have someone there waiting for you. They were there waiting when we arrived. I highly recommend them for a limo service. read more

This is the worst Limousine Company I have ever seen. I went in to fill out an application. The company should be called Above All Dirt, it is located in a trailer behind a compost site. The person, I met there Steve, was rough looking and looked like he had been drinking, very rude, asked for a driving record then said WE ONLY HIRE QUALITY PEOPLE, by the looks of the yard it did not look like a quality operation, definitely glad I saw first hand what a dump it was, definitely would not recommend this service, I've been a driver for 4 years and have an excellent driving record, never came across more of an ASSHOLE!! read more

I have used this company before and had a great time. Recently used them again and had a very different experience. First of all no CD player and a very fuzzy radio. So limited music on a party bus. The driver was less than pleasant. Started to drive home 2 hours early, without being told to do so. At the end of the night he threw trash, as well as things that were clearly not trash, into trash bags and left them on my lawn, then just drove off. read more
