Our plane was 4 hours late arriving after midnight on Sunday. David was right there in one of their wonderful cars . He was phenomenal and delivered us to the Cape at 2:30a.m. and was charming. He carried our bags inside for us, and he still had an hour+ ride to his home. I need to mention that we are elderly and should not have worried that someone would be there. They were there and with chocolates!!

The driver got me there in time but we drove a very roundabout route so I'm glad the trip was pre-booked but I don't know what I paid for. 15 miles within their service area should not have cost over $70.00 but when I called to check on this, I was told that a wheelchair van costs $60.00 + $6 for some other cost. That's $66.00 but the woman on the phone did not explain the additional cost, only cited the cost of gas. I fell trying to get into this vehicle because the running boards were both narrow & high. And while the driver was nice, the person didn't seem at all prepared to handle a situation like this, driving a wheelchair vehicle. Thank goodness I didn't do more than skin my shin. I have lived in Middleboro for years & used Bill's taxi many times, but now that it's apparently been sold to a larger transportation service, it's taking advantage. I will never use them again - whatever the cost of gas.

I was waiting at a red light with two lanes and he realized he was in the wrong lane so he backed up and moved to the right side. Rather than wait til the light changed because literally no one else could move (there was no room) he just kept honking his horn until people were forced to move. He almost hit my car. And he had the nerve to give me a dirty look. Whoever that guy is I hope he gets fired he cannot drive.
