He not only got her to campus safely, but waited while she got checked in, took her bags to her dorm, and sent us a pic of her in her new space. It was so much more than we could have hoped for. Our plane was 4 hours late arriving after midnight on Sunday. David was right there in one of their wonderful cars . He was phenomenal and delivered us to the Cape at 2:30a.m. and was charming. He carried our bags inside for us, and he still had an hour+ ride to his home. I need to mention that we are elderly and should not have worried that someone would be there. They were there and with chocolates!!

We were left stranded at the airport at midnight. Both myself and my husband called him and he said he had no return flight info. I emailed him the whole email chain that gave our return flight info that asked him to contact us if he had any questions. He emailed me several times. This was at midnight. I'm trying to figure out how we were going to get home and he is going back and forth emailing me. At one point he said I don't know what to say. What he should have said is I'm sorry there must have been a misunderstanding and I will refund you the cost of your trip to the airport. Instead he decided to email me telling me I didn't send him the itinerary for the return trip. My last email to Matt was this back and forth was ridiculous and unprofessional. We ended up taking an Uber home and the cost was half of what MRC was going to charge. I have never dealt with a company as unprofessional as MRC. Take an Uber our driver was great 5 star service.
