    Box full of goodness!

Excellent bakery with an amazing selection of baked goodies. Chef Brandon does not disappoint on croissant selection-almond, chocolate, ham&cheese:). Got enough for the family and the turnovers and cookies did not disappoint;). Get extras for afternoon coffee too! hey

    Savory pastries.

This bakery is amazing!! A great selection of both sweet and savory offerings, which is so important. The ham and cheese croissant was hands down the best I've had. All freshly baked. The owners were super friendly and they have a nice little area to sit out front and enjoy drip coffee and your baked treats. Will be my go to spot when passing through Creede!

The owner of this little shop has really ticked all the boxes for providing an enjoyable dining experience. From the meticulously decorated dining room, to the scrumptious pastries, you can feel the heart and soul she has poured into it to bring her dream to reality. And for this little backwoods town to have something like this, is a treat indeed! It's so difficult to get a successful business up and running here in the Mountains. But I guess she takes after her mom in tenacity, because she is off to a good start. The pastries have the taste and texture of true French baking. She has either watched a lot of of the Great Brtish Baking show or she's done her homework when it comes to technique. And we can't quite figure out what she's done to create such a spectacular doughnut. It's not a cake donut and it's not a raised donut. It's somewhere in between and three times as tasty. If she can just keep this pace going and keep up with demand as it increases (and it will) she will be a true success. I highly recommend that you try this little patisserie. I am looking forward to going back for some French Onion soup and a baguette sandwich. And, if you are a coffee snob like I am, you can get a strong fresh steamed cappuccino, to go with your sweet treat. At 6:30 in the morning there's nothing like a fresh warm donut and a strong cup of coffee to kick start your day. Let's support this business Pagosa! We have a good one.

Located on the main street in Pagosa with ample parking (the entrance is around back), it's a cute converted house with original wood flooring, bright lighting, and the wonderful aroma of freshly baked bread when you walk in. We ordered the Ham & Cheese Croissant, which was buttery and flaky with just the right amount of filling. Next, my wife ordered a breakfast burrito smothered in green chili sauce. This burrito was surprisingly good (I helped her finish it)! The sauce was made with fresh Hatch green chile (NM-style), which we loved because it reminded us of home. The coffee was decent overall. My wife said her latte wasn't quite strong enough, but I really enjoyed my cold brew. When we realized an item was missing from our order, the staff quickly and efficiently hustled to make it right.

Long overdue review for not only the best bakery in Pagosa Springs but the best small scale bakery…read moreI have ever lived near. Pagosa baking company has an absolutely dazzling array of rotating cakes, pastries, croissants, pies and tarts. From the crème brûlée tart (8$) to the chocolate cream pie minis (6$) to the amazing croissant breakfast sandwiches (5.75$) and cookies of all kinds (1-3.50$) we have been coming here for our sweet treats for months and they are literally batting 1.000% THEY DO NOT MISS. Service is ALWAYS friendly and prompt despite massive demand.....and don't even get me started on the bread. Made with locally milled flour and rye it is sublime (7$ per loaf). Everything about this place deserves support, they are a bastion of affordable quality in an ever pricier world. (I am a writer, these are my thoughts, ai played no role in this review).
