    Dry Burrito

A very good bakery with freshly baked tasty items. Breakfast muffins and scones are delicious. The prepared lunch sandwiches are limited in choice, but taste exceptional. This time I had a Colorado Green Chili Stew that was wonderful. The breakfast burrito was not to my liking -- dry eggs and dry chorizo -- It was 7am, right after opening, yet everything tasted like they had been warming a long time before going into the tortilla. Lesson Learned: When visiting a bakery - order bakery items. Coffee is hot, fresh and delicious. This is a really good artisanal bakery.

Great bakery and coffee shop right on main street in Pagosa. Note that there is no street entrance or parking because of construction. There is a lot you can access from the alley. Lots of great savory and sweets selection. Nice self serve coffee counter. Plenty of room to hang out. Rememember to bus your own table.

This is a charming bakery, cafe, & coffee house with an amazing array of food and pastries. We stopped here for breakfast and shared a piece of ham & cheese quiche and a bacon, green chile, and cheese croissant. A friendly welcoming vibe that is a must-visit spot if you're in Pagosa!

Stopped by today on Good Friday to pick up some special Easter treats. Service was impeccable and the place was warm and as welcoming as ever. Thanks Pagosa Baking!

Breakfast Burrito with bacon smothered with green chile!

The best Breakfast Burrito smothered with Green Chile in Pagosa Springs! The green chile is not sparse, very tasty and not too spicy! The staff is very nice and friendly!

This place is special. It's a warm environment with friendly staff. Our order was delivered quickly and very hot. The desserts were good, but we definitely enjoyed the chocolate croissant most. When we were done eating, I wanted to go back for more but I was too full. I definitely plan on buying a load of bread to take home!

    Cute, friendly and tasty!

The raspberry donut is an absolute must-get and was easily my favorite. I also tried the sausage roll, which was tasty and flavorful. It was a bit on the heavy side, but still very enjoyable. One thing I really appreciated is that they sell day-old donuts at half price, which is an awesome deal considering how good they are. The service was great, everyone was super friendly. It's also a super cute interior with plenty of seating. Whether you're stopping by for breakfast or a sweet treat, Faire Society is definitely worth a visit. I'll be back the next time I'm in town!

The owner of this little shop has really ticked all the boxes for providing an enjoyable dining experience. From the meticulously decorated dining room, to the scrumptious pastries, you can feel the heart and soul she has poured into it to bring her dream to reality. And for this little backwoods town to have something like this, is a treat indeed! It's so difficult to get a successful business up and running here in the Mountains. But I guess she takes after her mom in tenacity, because she is off to a good start. The pastries have the taste and texture of true French baking. She has either watched a lot of of the Great Brtish Baking show or she's done her homework when it comes to technique. And we can't quite figure out what she's done to create such a spectacular doughnut. It's not a cake donut and it's not a raised donut. It's somewhere in between and three times as tasty. If she can just keep this pace going and keep up with demand as it increases (and it will) she will be a true success. I highly recommend that you try this little patisserie. I am looking forward to going back for some French Onion soup and a baguette sandwich. And, if you are a coffee snob like I am, you can get a strong fresh steamed cappuccino, to go with your sweet treat. At 6:30 in the morning there's nothing like a fresh warm donut and a strong cup of coffee to kick start your day. Let's support this business Pagosa! We have a good one.
