I came in this morning and all I have to say is that it is a horribly run business. Food is good and so are drinks but the customers service is absolutely awful. I felt like I was talking to robots the entire time. I wish it was a business where they would at least ask how my day was but I guess the owners/management don't think this is a place where their employees can actually be people. read more

I came in the first week of July. I didn't get welcomed when I came in, the employees only asked for my food and drink order and when I tried to make conversation they blatantly ignored me. I felt as if I was talking to an AI robot taking my order. I feel as if having those personal conversations with customers is what makes or breaks if they will come to your establishment again. I also feel that if I'm paying outrageous prices for food then I should at least get a smile. The only person who really made my experience worth while was Bella, she was behind the counter, very professional and respectful while also trying to have an actual conversation with me and making my entire day. Had breakfast at this small place this morning. The vibe here is fantastic and the people are so nice and welcoming. South Fork doesn't have a large choice of restaurants to choose from. The food at this place is phenomenal and the coffee is fresh ground which I greatly appreciate. The muffins and cinnamon rolls are made in house and they are perfectly baked without being dry. I also had the breakfast burrito bowl which had eggs, hash browns and sausage gravy. We also tried the egg plate and the eggs were cooked very well. This is a hidden secret for everyone outside of South Fork for sure and a staple for the locals. I will definitely eat here again. read more

Been driving around different parts of Colorado for 2 weeks now and this place was hands down the BEST restaurant we've gone to. The homemade ciabatta bread & biscuits awakened something in my boyfriend and I. Soft, buttery, perfectly textured. One meal just wasn't enough. We tried the spinach artichoke chicken sandwich box & the chicken cordon blue sandwich box. Potato salad and pasta salad were also delicious! Great Food (Fig and Prosciutto Flatbread, Shrimp, Dates, Short Ribs), Great Drinks (loved the Red Sangria) Great Service (thanks Liz), Great Guitar Playing and Great Dessert (Salted Caramel Gelato - Oh My!). They have a lovely little stream that runs down through the center of the property, and there is outdoor dining as well as indoor. All the drinks, the coffees, teas, and smoothies are first rate. What a great find. Was visiting South Fork and stumbled on Tiny Timber's based on a Yelp search for coffee. I wasn't expecting a full breakfast menu, delicious food, friendly staff and wifi ! We have been eyeing the Tiny Timbers Coffee Bistro for weeks before our trip to South Fork. We were excited to try out a few things on the menu that we had seen on their social media. It was a very cute place. Because of a tired kid after a morning of fishing, we decided to order online to take back to our rental. I sat in the area clearly marked "Take Out Pick Up" and waited. I watched as the staff was not the most friendly to other customers and that they were all busy chatting, making drinks for each other, and trying each other's drinks. Totally fine to do when you don't have customers standing around waiting. I'm unsure how long my order had been placed on a kitchen counter before I had to remind them that I was there for a to go order. As I was standing at the register waiting for our food to be boxed up, I noticed the cook with excessively long braids braided towards the front of her head leaning over the food prep area making a sandwich as the ends of her braids were brushing against the food she was preparing. The food was "not bad" per my family, I was pretty grossed out from seeing the hair touching the food, but my child's meal was not complete per the menu and I will take that as a "my bad" for not double checking the order before leaving. Also, I know tourist towns are always pricey, but over $40 for a wrap, a sandwich, and a kids meal with only a sandwich (was supposed to come with chips and a drink) was a little excessive. Thankfully, we had drinks and chips at the rental to save some money. read more
