DO NOT MOVE INTO THE LODGE AT FOXBOROUGH - Health Hazard, Zero Accountability, Ongoing Infestation…read more My partner and I moved into The Lodge at Foxborough in July 2023, and what was supposed to be our peaceful home turned into an absolute nightmare. At a time I adored this place, we have been good tenants, clean, and have always abided by the rules and regulations. However, since September 2024, we've been battling a severe cockroach infestation that has taken over our apartment and disrupted every part of our lives. We first reported the infestation on September 20, 2024, and since then we've had five exterminator visits. Not only has the problem not been solved, but I've been told directly by exterminators that other units in the building are also being treated--which clearly points to a building-wide issue. This is not an isolated case. This is a sign of systemic neglect. Despite this, management has done the bare minimum: No offer of temporary housing No rent compensation No relocation to another unit No accountability for the trauma and stress caused We were left to live in filth, treated like test subjects while they experimented with "follow-up visits" to "see if treatments are working." That's not a solution--that's an insult. My partner and I are not a science experiment. We're paying tenants (approximatly $2,660 a month, not including utlities) who were promised a habitable, safe home. This infestation has wrecked our lives: I've missed work and class to accommodate the exterminator's schedule We've been forced to live out of boxes, unable to use our kitchen or bathroom freely My cat's safety has been a constant concern during treatments We've experienced social withdrawal, heightened anxiety, panic, and severe emotional stress. My relationship has suffered. Our home has not felt like a safe space in months I've spent my own money on traps, poisons, and patchwork for holes left in the kitchen that allow pests through plumbing and unfinished work And worst of all? We had to escalate the issue to the Board of Health, who formally investigated the property on March 11, 2025. Only after that did management finally switch pest control companies. But it was too little, too late. Even after months of suffering, with the infestation still ongoing, they have refused to let us out of our lease. They are prioritizing contract enforcement over basic human dignity and legal habitability standards. We are literally only asking to break our lease 3-4 months early once housing is secured, without penalty and our security deposit back. I have documented this experience thoroughly with photos and videos, and I will be posting them across Google, Yelp, Facebook, Reddit, and any platform I can find. People need to know the truth about this place. I am posting this review to warn future renters and hold The Lodge at Foxborough and UDR accountable. No one should be forced to live in these conditions and be met with indifference and excuses. Shame on this property for their negligence, for putting our health at risk, and for treating their tenants like they're disposable.

KNOW MATTER WHERE YOU LIVE Nothing will be perfect there…read moreare many things that can be changed like people who don't pick up dog waste from there furbabies and visitors taking up parking and residents have to not leave to have a parking space or leave and pray when you get back you will find one! Do not get me wrong its a huge parking lot but some residents leave their cars here have friends leave cars here and a few unregistered cars sitting here. Some residents have 2 or 3 cars Holidays are the worst visitors come take up spots you come home from visiting ur family and no place to park ! Trash is fine once in a while residents will not put trash in the compactor n thats why it over flows it make other residents believe its full when its not. Ot pushbthe emergency stop button n that causes a problem! Maintenance staff is always on property fixing any issue you have as long as you put in a request. Definitely pet friendly but some residents feel they don't have to pu after dogs I THINK DNA should be done for dogs so fines can be given to the owner. We have a small dog park again residents use it as a dog dump n go with out pi king up their dog waste! It is sad bc u can't let your dog go play! Know matter where you live with elevators you will have issues! And if a part does not come in on time then not much can be done. So patients even I complain! Activities ! Community activities do not get planned here! Why ? Because when they do 1 people residents that is,take advantage and bring friends and family and 2 will not show up and or complain about refreshments . They just had a family bingo night 2 weeks ago only 7 people showed up ! So know matter what there will always be something to complain about with community activities. THE POOL its for the community! Residents wait until staff will leave n have friends come n use the pool Inhave witnessed people drop their kids off n drive away no supervision n pu later. The staff can not be here to hold residents hands I understand but at the same time I will not use the pool because I don't want the responsibility of someone's child swimming unsupervised ! Club House is nice you will need to rent out for events. APARTMENT NOISE IT IS AN APARTMENT COMPLEX If you are looking for total quiet then apartment living is not for you! People need to live their daily life and cannot walk on eggshells to accommodate others with that said you also must respect your neighbors and take in consideration of other. Not all residents live in harmony at times. But many many residents are friendly and seem happy! Living here is convenient to a lot of stores cvs Walgreens Gillette Stadium Target Marshals Dunkin Honey Dew much more! Ok my review for The Point at Wrentham Liz residents for many years!

I live at the point and have pretty much enjoyed it. The dog friendly environment is nice, the pool…read moreis enjoyable and the clubhouse and gym are nice amenities. I only have two complaints and that is the noise through the floors but that depends on how considerate or inconsiderate your neighbors are. My number 1 complaint is the rubbish an recycle bins. They are frequently overflowing with bags of garbage all over the place. They are not sized for the number of units/ people living there. And a friendly email apology would go a long way to temper the aggravation! But there is silence from the front office! Never mind free donuts on Valentine's Day, just send an email and apologize for the mess and tell us when it will be cleaned up!
