Dr. Tavakoli, Dr. Sarah, Julie and Janet are amazing, skilled, kind, and compassionate. 10/5 stars, and Dr. Tavakoli's skills are high caliber like I mentioned before. I sincerely appreciate how kind this office is and how they communicate to their patients in the caring, thoughtful, and understanding manner. Julie (Julissa) the dental assistant is extremely kind. I love how she checks up on the patients even for the smallest things and I like how she is able to answer dental questions about like certain things with expertise. I want to empathize that Dr. Tavakoli is extremely humble, smart and kind with how he works with patients. He did my root canal and other procedures that is well beyond perfect and painless. Janet, the front office staff is understanding, hardworking, and efficient with her job. She is a one woman army working at the front desk and does her best to schedule people in the most time saving manner. I would like to stress that this office and the way they treat their patients and their dental skills/knowledge is beyond amazing. I would give them a 10/5 stars. I wanted a new crown last year and I chose Dr. T. Unfortunately the crown he place has been giving me pain. My gums are inflamed. I chose not to call the office for retreatment or for it to be fixed because he got upset with me when I told him the first crown he made for me made my smile have a gap. Why would I want a gap if I've never had a gap. Unfortunately, I will have to find someone else to redo this crown. read more

I came for the 1st time in 2019 with my son and stayed. Every time we come everyone here is extremely nice and caring. Janet is our 1st point of contact to that office. She is so personable and sweet. They all take their time to go over all your options from the procedure to payment options if you have more than a cavity. They do everything preventative to avoid any future issues. For myself it's been all about preventative after my 1st visit. My son really feels comfortable coming here and recently when he turned 18 started coming on his own. I can't say enough positive things about this place. I have recommended many people here. Went in to get all 4 wisdom teeth out, it was so smooth and comforting here! I should have gone sooner (years sooner) but I came and the dentist worked with what I gave him. It's was pretty quick and PAINLESS. They know how to handle that numbing needle! The assistant was very helpful and overall staff are super nice and always try to help in any way they can! Absolutely best experience I can have with a dentist. They were incredibly patient with me and my anxiety. I was prescribed Valium, but sadly, it didn't do much for me. They were still very understanding, gave me breaks & plenty of numbing when needed. Overall, they made my time there way less intimidating that I expected. Thank you again Dr. Tavakoli. Also thank you to the nurses who's names I sadly didn't get. They were very caring! It will take time to get my fear under control but I'm less anxious about my next visit in a few weeks. read more

Brite Dental - Dr. T was recommended to me by current patient (whom, I know oh to well feels completely opposite of me when it comes to dentistry. ) Anyone that knows me knows I'm not afraid to go to the Dentist. I'm always excited and feeling so fresh and so clean. It's the best feeling for me I had been to different dentist closer to home last month . I was not happy. Left knowing I couldn't go back so i need to find a new Dentist ASAP I called Brite Dental and explained my Situation to Maria , she kindly took my information got the ball rolling. I am one of those people who HATE going to the dentist and am VERY nervous after a few bad experiences in the past. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. T and his staff. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. Dr. T has a calming demeanor and gentle touch. Unfortunately he had to refer me out for my root canals, but I will be back for my crown and other dental check-ups as needed. To start of my review let me tell you i had been to two dental offices the same day before getting my extraction done at Brite Dental. Two doctors would not extract my wisdom tooth do to it being impacted. I had seen Brite dental on my way home and what made me step in was the nice new building that is very welcoming. From the start the receptionist was friendly, i didnt have an appointment but she said i could be seen in between patients. Which didnt take long to be honest. Doctor said it was a risky extraction, but he seamed confident and i decided to proceed. Everything came out great, a great dentist indeed. I would highly recommend them. Potential New Patient: I wanted to become a new patient at this office, because it is close to my Job and it gets good ratings. I called on office closed day. Tuesday 23OCT18. I left a detailed voicemail (name, phone number etc) with no response the following day. I called the following day (Wednesday 24OCT18). The Front Office answered when I called and then immediately put me on hold. And as I sat on the phone (20+ minutes) with not even one single pick up to acknowledge me and my wait. I'm over it. This is obviously the type of customer service this Dentist Office provides. First impressions are everything. NO THANKS! I will take my business elsewhere. This was a sign of what would have happened in the future. Note: Dr. Tavakoliparsa and Office Manager- Your staff needs training in Front Office Skills, management and customer service. Excellent customer service, but be prepared to wait a long time. If you have an appointment, you might not get taken back until 10-15 mins after your scheduled time. Then you will sit there for another 30+ minutes. Dont make any plans for after, as it's unknown how long you'll actually be here. Besides that, they do good work. But I went off of faith and got on a flight from Fl to CA giving him only two weeks. To do two root canals and prep my mouth for 4 bridges and one crown. When I say my teeth are so beautiful I can not stop staring at them. Not only is my mouth beyond amazing, I fell in love with his staff. They are some of the most sweetest people I ever met. I've been going to Dr. T for a couple of years now after he saved my sisters tooth when her endodontist messed up a root canal. It pains me to see the reputation of a good dentist being compromised by a couple of bad reviews. I've had to wait at times for treatment, but the attention paid to me and my issues has never been rushed either. IMO, that's what makes Dr. T so good. His attention to detail and the fact that he is so meticulous. Due to the nature of my job I've had to cancel appointments but have never waited till the last minute to do so, so have never been charged. As far as the comments of them being a rip off and hard sell tactics, I came in wanting one thing that would have cost me several thousand dollars and Dr. T advised I'd be better off going a different route which in fact was less. Dr. T has changed my mind about dentist and dental work. Now, I look forward to going in and getting my routine check ups and cleaning. I only have positive things to say about Dr. T and his awesome staff, and would hate to see others miss out on great care because of a few negative reviews. read more

I highly recommended this place! My old dentist, who also happens to be my aunt traumatized me for life. I had not been to the dentist in about 12 years because of how scared I was. I was recommended by a friend who said she loved it here. I came in January 2019 as my wisdom teeth were coming in(at 30 years old ) everyone here is so sweet and helpful. The dentist and his assistant are the BEST! They made me feel so comfortable and safe! They walked me through every step of the way and were so gentle. After seeing some of the old reviews I decided to give my own rating of this place. Dr. Tavakoli has been my dentist for years and I've watched them move to their new office and seen the staff change in the past. The CURRENT staff is very understanding, sensible, and most importantly kind. There have been times when I was late or in pain and they always made time to see me. For the people complaining about the wait time, do you really want a DENTIST to rush through your procedure? Don't try to validate the idea that such a time consuming and delicate job should fall in a specific time slot. Some people's teeth will be more difficult to deal with while others will be a breeze. But rest assure that Dr. T is one of the FEW and RARE dentists who does take the extra time to make sure the job is done right. Excuse the long review I was simply appalled by some of the complaints I just read on here. I have recommended Dr. T to many of my friends and unless they had a location convenience or a long time dentist, majority have switched over. read more

Worth the wait Not satisfied with my earlier experience (previous dentist), I decided to take on my colleagues advice on visiting Dentist Tavakoli in Anaheim ( yes all the way from TO). I was in desperate need of a great dental care at a reasonable price. I made my appointment on time, however the wait was long and took half my day (TV and Mags kept me busy) They have a couple of work stations and very friendly staff who make you feel at ease at all times. What an amazing dentist and office crew. In my family there are ranges of dental fear. Fear from none to extreme anxiety. Although the anxiety still exits, my daughter dies not burst into tears when going to the dentist anymore. The dentist is calm and patient. He explains the procedures and options.
