I can't express how amazing this staff is! I have had a root canal and tooth extraction and can honestly say I felt absolutely nothing but a small amount of pressure! This includes the numbing shots which I had to ask the doctor if he had started in which he replied " I'm done"! They handle you with the utmost care! So I first picked this place because of the reviews ofcourse! The first visit was fast, they did the initial consultation, cleaned my teeth and were very kind and receptive. Let me be candid in saying that the office was not modern or impressive . However all equipment was functional and that's what matters. I had not been to dentist in 6-7 yrs! Was worried I will need a lot of work. During my first check up they did x rays and photos of my teeth then Dr Nguyen explained I needed a deep cleaning and one cavity filledWhat a shocking yet sense of relief for my teeth. The only thing annoying was the insurance approval took almost five weeks. Despite the delay in my cleaning, finally last week I had both sides of my mouth done in a four day span. One side was one day and two days later was the other side^^. Now my biggest reason for the five star review. Dr Nguyen needed to anesthetize my mouth and I hate needles!!! I did not even feel him insert the needle because he was so careful and precise where he injected and using the pre generic anesthesia gel before poking in with the needle. After I was numb I did not feel him deep clean and dig deep into my gums!When it was all over I was surprised later when then Anesthetic wore off I felt no soreness and pain! I will definitely continue this place as finding a good Dentist is really difficult these days. The other reason I liked this place is- since I worried way toooo much over my teeth and had anxiety- all the staff was sooo nice and helped me feel a sense of peace by reassuring and even re examining my teeth while I waited for the approval of deep cleaning, with no fake info and told me straight up while showing me everything! As I live 15 miles away, I was a little hesitant but since my dental issue is great concerned for my heath, I decided to make appointment because I need to go to a dentist whom I can trust. Ok this office is FREAKING FANTASTIC! Found them on yelp, made an appointment while Jessica the receptionist checked my insurance, and in an hour I was getting my xrays and teeth checked! Dr Phan was SO NICE! Ah he listened to everything I had to say (even my dumb horror stories of past dentists) The X-ray machine they use is digital and you get results quickly. Unfortunately, if you have a smaller mouth it can be uncomfortable because it is so large but you get results right in front of your eyes within no time! This is the first time I come to this office.  The office is very clean and the staffs is super nice.  I had an toothache in my back teeth and I needed to be seen on the same day.  I am very happy that they were able to see me within couple hours.   As soon as I finished filling out the forms, a very friendly assistant took me in for the X-ray and seeing the dentist.  They have the new digital Xray, so I not even had to wait long before I be able to see the doctor. The dentist, Dr. Nguyen gave me a clear explanation about my tooth problem and options for the treatments.  I got a prescription for the pain and an appointment to come back for the treatment. I've spent the last few years avoiding the dentist and only going when I needed to which meant it was an emergency and I was pinned in a corner and would take what I could get. Not the best way to go about it but here we are. So again, in an emergency, I had a tooth that was chipping away from a previous, rather large, filling and I needed to get it checked out and repaired ASAP. So I called and set an appointment for a week later and within a day my situation had worsened where the inside of my mouth was being cut by said tooth. So I called again was able to just my work schedule and was able to get an appointment for the next day. Located in the heart of Anaheim this place was super easy to find and super clean and well put together. The staff was super friendly and welcoming and I instantly felt comfortable with everybody in the office. Dr. Nguyen was overwhelmingly friendly at even gave me a brief lesson in dentistry 101. He was able to explain clearly and simply what I was looking at and what type of situation we were possibly getting into. A crown was for sure going to be needed with the possibility of a root canal depending on how bad the decay had gotten. Because he's awesome he was able to get all the decay out without needing a root canal and he constantly was checking to make sure that I was comfortable whether whether I needed anything or not. The staff was also very careful and thorough with their COVID-19 procedures. I think I've found my dentist from now on! This place definitely deserves the 5s in my book. read more

Very easy to get a hold of, very quick in filling my endless cavities (my own fault, I never floss ), always provides me tips for my oral hygiene i.e. electric toothbrush/waterpik etc, they always work around my hectic schedule and attempt to fit me in as soon as possible (ex. All 4 wisdom teeth before end of year since deductible is paid off!) and just have an overall friendly, easygoing staff. I've been trying to find the perfect dentist to go to and I've finally found it. As I entered the office, I was greeted with a sincere welcome. I noticed that there was great diversity in this dental office. Every employee there was very polite and welcoming. Overall, this dental office has great positive energy. Julian also made sure to explain what type of instrument he will be using to perform the cleaning and constantly asked if the pressure of the instrument was too harsh on the teeth or if it was okay. I'm really glad i found this dental office. I've been comming here for about 4/5 years now. I originally started comming here while Dr. Lee was the dentist, and i was very glad to see that not much changed since the practice was transfered to Dr. Nguyen. The staff is super friendly and makes you comfortable right off the bat. They are super respectful of your time too, they make sure to have you in and out on time, and if anything happens they will be very accomodating. Highly recommend this place. In December, I had lots of wisdom tooth pain. I had recently gotten new dental insurance and when researching where to go, I found this place through my insurance website. All of the great yelp reviews were the reason I decided to contact this place. I bothered Cristina on the emergency number during Christmas and she quickly replied letting me know when I could call to make an appointment. I was scheduled for an appointment a few days later and they determined that it was time to remove my wisdom teeth, along with other dental work I needed to get done. I came back a few weeks later for some fillings and wisdom teeth extraction and Dr. Dinh and Jessica were amazing at keeping me comfortable throughout the procedure.
