She came home having learned to crawl, pull herself up and lower herself down. I especially want to call out how wonderful the staff. Her teachers Miss Aiyala and Miss Antonia were so sweet. They call me for questions about how best to care for Olivia, and Ms. Aiyala took the best photos and videos. They were also religious about making sure her diapers are changed often, as my daughter had a stubborn diaper rash several months ago that left me paranoid. She never had any diaper rash during her stay here. School administrators Ms. Antjuanette and Ms. Sarah are amazing. They are a skeletal crew and wear multiple hats. I don't know how they manage it all. They have to be substitute teachers when a teacher gets sick, they have to fix my hiccups with their mobile app Tadpole, etc. I didn't give 5 stars because their mobile app (where they log in my daughter's feeding and diaper changes and photos) was down so many days for me, and there were 2 days when my door access code just stopped working and had to be reset. My daughter also hardly napped, because they could not turn off the overhead fluorescent lights. I was told this was to ensure visibility on the babies and prevent SID. Overall, I am thankful for and love the staff. I hope these 4 amazing ladies get recognized for all the hard work they do. I love getting my daughter's "artwork" every week, too. She definitely had a lot of fun and care here.

He was then ordered to go home immediately, even as the child pleaded desperately for another chance. Since returning home, my child has been in a state of fear and distress, which has been heartbreaking for us as parents. We sincerely hope that Happy Fish will take Coach Aldo's conduct seriously and ensure that such treatment is never again inflicted upon any other child in the future.

Even during COVID, it felt overwhelming, and progress was slow. Then we switched to ASA Livermore, where, unfortunately, a teacher once pushed him into the pool despite his discomfort with water in his eyes. That experience really set him back, and we paused swimming altogether in 2023. Fast forward to 2025, we gave All Star a try. It's only been 1.5 months, and the transformation is incredible. Not only does he love the water, but he looks forward to every class. He's already jumping in, kicking, floating, and taking risk, all in just 15-minute sessions! It's definitely pricey, but the progress has made it absolutely worth it. Camille has also been wonderful... so warm, accommodating, and great with kids. The whole environment here feels positive and welcoming. We're really grateful we made the switch.

They refunded me for the class and canceled my membership because I'm just not gonna go ahead and sign this stuff over just so my kid can get swim classes. This was back in July. I've signed back into my account and as you can see here nothing has changed and this still exists. No parent should have to give up the identity of their child in order to use a product or service that they're already willing to pay for.

Activities / Amenities: There are quite a few options to choose from when it comes to working out here. There are two outdoor pools, a kiddy pool, a jacuzzi, an indoor track (something that is more common on the east coast), workout equipment and machines, at least eight tennis courts, etc. I can only speak for the women's locker room, but this alone is quite large. There are about five bathroom stalls, quite a number of individual shower stalls (with doors like bathroom stalls), a lounge area with a television, and a changing room. There is a large wrap-around deck on the main building that allows you to have a view of the pools and parking lot on one side, and the tennis courts on the other. Staff and service: There is a parking lot, with overflow parking available at the church next door (except for Sundays), as well as additional parking on the streets. Upon entering the lobby, there is staff to greet you, have you check in (hand sanitizer, a cup for clean pens, and a cup for used pens available), and send you on your way.
