Recently I reported to her that the shower head in one of the handicap shower stalls was leaking.......she had it replaced the next day which in my book is EXCELLENT customer service!!! What ever she is being paid is not enough......great employees are hard to come by and even harder to retain......so I strongly suggest that she be given a raise immediately!!! He was then ordered to go home immediately, even as the child pleaded desperately for another chance. Since returning home, my child has been in a state of fear and distress, which has been heartbreaking for us as parents. We sincerely hope that Happy Fish will take Coach Aldo's conduct seriously and ensure that such treatment is never again inflicted upon any other child in the future.

A) they say that the uniforms will be delivered two weeks after of submitting the order and will be delivered to their coach with two or three weeks after, to my surprise I was contacted by email three weeks after of sending the order of the swimming uniforms to confirm my daughter sizes, saying that after that it would takes another three to four more weeks for them to submit the order to be delivered. For the amount of money we pay: how is that possible they cannot provide at least one swim cap while the kids wait for their uniforms kit be delivered ??? B) that the children cannot leave until they have covered the pool which I do not see as bad, but to my surprise in one occasion I could see that only one child was trying to do alone while the other classmates were only talking and playing with each other and the coach was just watching sitting with his hands inside his pockets (man) which is very difficult and unfair to me because they have to leave much later than normal. And so I could list many other things that should not happen because it is supposed to be a serious place and less for the amount of money that as parents we have to pay but we do it because we believe that they will provide us with a fair space for the development and learning of our children.

Literally everywhere you go in the gym, tons of hair, dust, dirt, and mud on the floor. If you have a light colored workout set on, I imagine it would be gray at the end of the workout. There are no cleaning wipes in sight, and guests definitely are not using them. Machines smell like BO and the vibe is flat out bad. This is really disappointing to say the least. WC is so much better maintained and cleanly. Sigh

The slide attendants would ask if anyone wanted to ride the light blue slide. My kids and I had been waiting in line, and after no one responded for several minutes, another family walked up. The dad said he wanted to ride the light blue slide, so the staff let him through. However, his child went to the dark blue slide instead--the one my child had already said they wanted to ride. We were next in line, the staff saw what happened, and they still allowed it. It felt like my family was skipped. This wasn't an isolated incident either. While we were there, I saw similar situations happen to other families, where people who hadn't been waiting in line ended up getting on the slides ahead of others. It made the line system feel unfair and poorly managed. The rules also weren't enforced consistently. One staff member told me I couldn't wear my goggles on the slide, even though I'd worn them there before without any issues and other staff members never said anything. It was confusing because different staff members seemed to enforce different rules. Overall, the experience felt disorganized and unfair. Better line management and consistent enforcement of the rules would make a big difference.
