We watched him have so much progress in just 10 minutes here than the few months he did at a different swim school. The instructor was so sweet, lots of smiles and high fives, checking on him and making sure he was comfortable and that he felt safe. He learned so much in just one visit. The facility is really nice, lots of decorations for the kids, plenty of room in the changing rooms, a dryer to dry swim clothes in seconds, snacks, and diapers, swim gear you can buy, they've pretty much thought of everything. I like the personal feel of the gym; the lap pool is warm enough for me; and the outdoor area is GREAT for families. I filled out a withdrawal form online and it would not go through so i completed one in office giving them 30 days notice ..my account got charged for the next month and I've been trying to get in contact with the office to get a refund and nobody is getting back to me. I haven't tried the classes yet but they appear to be well attended. I believe this is the largest Y in the Triangle. It also has a huge outdoor pool, which I will give a try when it warms up. Big fan of this spot. Love the sauna too and that they're located in each locker room, which adds to the relaxation and comfort. Currently I pay $60 per month and I believe it is well worth the price. Especially because I can go to any Y in the Triangle.

first off, i want to highlight my experience with Toni, one of the personal trainers. i came in…read moreand he was doing a 1 minute plank = 5 minutes of stretching session. max 3 minutes. he displayed professionalism throughout my session with him. i've been a member at life time in the past in another state and had a great experience. this location is just as good, if not better. staff are friendly and helpful and the gym has a lot of amenities. the weight room can get packed during peak hours but they are closed until midnight which is nice for anyone who chooses to workout late. they have towels, shampoo, mouth wash, hair spray, hair dryers, shaving cream and razors, and deodorant in the locker rooms. the price is definitely worth it if you use the amenities.

On…read moreher first day, we got a special red bracelet that let everyone know it's her first time and all the coaches made sure to acknowledge that! It was so sweet. Once she got in the water she felt nervous and one of the deck supervisors got in the pool along with her teacher so allow her to have some one on one time. You would think this was only because it was her first lesson but no, it happened again recently where she was having a hard time and again another couch jumped right in and gave her the extra attention she needed. All the coach's are super sweet, kind, and very patient!!! We have loved all the ones we have had! The teachers we have had so far are Lillian, (she teachers my daughters private lessons) Ruthie and Ashlyn and my 4 year old loves them all!! It's rare to find an environment that feels welcoming all the time but aqua tots does it each time! They are great at making the kids feel special and safe.

It was a whole lot of screaming and crying. On the advice of the coaches we did the two week intensive where he went for a lesson everyday. It worked wonders! The coaches are always so patient and understand with him, it's wonderful to see! We've had a ton of wonderful coaches over the years Molly, Madison, Quinton, Shelby, Jay, and now we have coach Leila. My son loves coach Leila and she really tries her best to teach him as much as a four year old in a pool actually listens. My son has truly started to learn how to swim thanks to Aqua Tots. I do have a ton of makeup classes, so I wish there was a better system in place there. My son is not the adaptable type and needs to know what time he's going and who is coach is well ahead of time. So for us, the makeup system just doesn't work super well. Overall we love Aqua Tots and are so thankful for the coaches and the friendly front desk staff. #ThankYouThursday
