Furthermore, I've had numerous interactions where I feel they're condescending and unprofessional... not the type of people who should be working with kids.

My son lives in Seattle WA and Jake along with the whole AMDS team (Tony and Karina) gave my son a zoom lesson so he would be up to speed on the dance since we couldn't practice locally. I can't express how grateful I am for their time and thoughtfulness. Along with my mother/son dance, Jake taught me beginning salsa and other latin dances. Your experience may vary but: The rooms are perfect for lots of daylight when you need it, but two privacy screens for the window to black it out at night. The gym is small but phenomenal! A Peleton, elliptical, treadmills, bench, dumbbells, kettle bells, medicine balls, pulley with weights, step block, towels and mirrors galore. It is perfect! Loved the layout of the rooms. Really nice setup. Indoor pool and an outdoor area with grills. Free breakfast that is decent! The only thing I will say as a negative: they don't have alcohol in the market and they missed cleaning a spot in my room. The cost is way less than other Hilton properties and a much better option. I'll be booking here again for 3 more upcoming trips. Now, I'm going to read these low rated reviews from entitled folks.

However, I do expect basic hospitality, professionalism, and reasonable judgment. After breakfast had ended, I asked for one small bottle of milk that had been part of the complimentary breakfast. I fully understood that breakfast service was over. I was not asking for breakfast to be reopened or for anything complicated. The small refrigerator with the milk was right next to the front desk associate, María. She refused to provide one bottle because breakfast had ended. What made the interaction especially disappointing was the attitude behind the refusal. There was no effort to help, no flexibility, and no attempt to find a reasonable solution. The message I received was essentially that she would not allow it and did not want to provide it. This was never really about a bottle of milk. It was about customer service and hospitality. As a Diamond member, I have spent a significant amount of time staying within the Hilton portfolio, and experiences like this stand out for all the wrong reasons. Loyalty should not mean receiving special treatment at the expense of policy, but it should mean being treated like a valued guest. A request that could have taken seconds turned into an unnecessarily negative interaction. Unfortunately, this experience fell far below what I expect from a Hilton-branded hotel, and it left me questioning whether I would stay at this particular property again.
