This is bull and I'm tired of it and I'm telling everybody that reads this and all of Waco and I've already told the company here in Waco if my sister was to die because of lack of oxygen that they did not deliver to her there will be a big lawsuit.. the ladies and the guys that deliver are very good people but the management there needs to go and fast I think a monkey can run that thing better than she can. I'm speaking to upper management tomorrow and if that don't work I will go to Florida and speak to them I'm sure you'll be hearing more from me because if don't get what I need to get done you will see it on every new station between here and Waco Texas Austin and everywhere I will let everybody know.

Called about getting a walker and bedside commode order sent over but was immediately told orders can't be accepted because they don't take insurance. I didn't state insurance would be involved. Then I asked, if paying out right could the order be accepted and was told "I guess but I don't do in the house stuff." I just said okay and chose to take my business elsewhere.

We needed a reading from our CPAP machine and no one was able to retrieve it. This was CRITICAL for us. Hannah spent an unbelievable amount of time, NOT giving up, until she had the report for us. She tried the card from the machine in several of their machines and finally determined a software upgrade was required! The entire time she was courteous and reassuring. Because of her relentless work, we left the office with the report we needed. Most employees would've just said "sorry, your card cannot be read" but she didn't. She cared about her customer and researched how to meet our needs. We feel VERY fortunate knowing she is there to assist us in our healthcare needs!!

Do whatever you can to avoid Rotech. Had issues the very first night. Rotech refused to resolve the…read moresituation. Piece that inserts into your nostril was too large and did not allow me to exhale. Instead Rotech suggested I tape it to my face in place below my nose. Rotech also suggested to breath in through my nose and out through my mouth while sleeping. Rotech also suggested I place it in a different place. (Not sure what they meant by that but assumed the lady meant for me to place in my mouth.) Had to return to ER. Rotech did not even try calling me the following day to follow up on the issue. So I called back at 11am the next day and told they could ship out some different pieces that would be a day or two. They could not provide any other option other than me going to the Temple, TX Rotech shop myself. I guess they think I don't have a job at is an hour away from the Temple location and no way to take the day off to get the piece. Their rep should have made sure everything worked at fit correctly before I left the hospital, especially since I have never used an oxygen machine except at the hospital where the piece the hospital used fit just fine. Be careful, very careful. Don't expect prompt service nor a return call.

The lady there greeted us very warmly and looked at the prescription and was locating the product but had to order it for us. It should arrive in about a week. She was very professional and took down our information. Will try to do a follow up after we get the stockings. Update called a week after ordering and the person who answered the phone couldn't say anything about when my medical device would arrive and didn't even acknowledge that it was ordered at all. So I stated I would look for it elsewhere and let them know if I found it. I found I somewhere else and at least they allowed me to cancel my order here.

I was told that it had been pre-programed and I should be able to set it up myself. I broke a part on the old machine that is supposed to be used with the new machine. So, I call to tell Brandy, the only person who works with cpap and oxygen. After giving my DOB, I am asked "What is her last name?" Then I am transferred to a voice mail. The number of stars is not due to today's experience only but to several years of very poor service. Most of my supplies comes from suppliers who phone, asking if I need supplies rather than ExMed, the company that is "supposed" to be my supplier.
