I had an issue with needing to hard brake to avoid an accident which resulted in a full to go cup of coffee ending up all over the dash, vents, and everywhere in between. Not only was there no sign of coffee at completion, but I honestly think the vehicle was cleaner than when I purchased it. I only paid for an interior detail, however they also washed my car and had it clean, dry, and ready for me when I arrived to pick it up. I called Truck Specialities and they said they could take care of it, but they were booked until next week -- but he told me i could bring it by and they could at least tell me if the problem was serious or could wait. I drove over and when the tech looked at it, he said the mounting for the baseplate was close to failure - a very serious problem -- at which point they made the time to fix it right then and there. In maybe two hours, the baseplate was secure and i was on my way. A nice surprise was that the price was very reasonable too. Plus they were very nice to deal with!
