From the moment I walked in, I felt that the staff was very caring. The facility is clean and quite spacious. Dr. Bastien in amazing and the staff is great as well. On one occasion, one of the dental assistants explained everything that he was doing; he basically walked me through the procedure, which I really appreciated. The only small drawback I have is that during a visit to have a procedure done, another dental assistant nicked my lip a bit, which caused it to bleed. Though I was given something to put on the cut, the person didn't apologize. I didn't make a big deal out of it because my overall experiences have been positive. However, I will request that this person not be assigned to me during my appointments.

My experience with the rest of the staff was just as excellent. Michelle at the front desk kept the waiting room running smoothly, and always with a smile.
