They then tried to send someone out who is NOT licensed in mold assessment and remediation to remove the toxic black mold and tried to tell me that it was algae. I am an ecologist. That is just laughable. I gave them several attempts to correct the situation and they continued to gaslight me, did not thoroughly evaulate the extent of the mold as I had to keep calling them back out there for more mold that was discovered, neglected and ignored all communication from me for six weeks until I went on a social media mass embarrassment campaign, and tried to send in someone untrained to remove the most toxic mold there is. They are still refusing to work with me. Beware! They are lazy, negligent, incompetent and do not care about non-luxury listings. If you find mold in your house, report them to the Texas State Health Department and call out a Code Compliance Officer.

He is a discount realtor that will save you tens of thousands of dollar on upscale homes. Rarely does the primary listing agent sell your home, but he still will get 3% anyway. It is the buyer's agent that most often does the selling. You will still have to pay them the 3%, but Mr. Farmer's fee is a small fraction of that. He will get you an MLS listing, and handle all the paperwork for the sale. You also couldn't find someone more honest and trustworthy. I recently enlisted his aid in selling a couple of lots that I own. I misunderstood that his base fee was for both lots not each. I attempted to pay him for two lots and he immediately corrected me that it was only half that cost. Great guy, great realtor.

In fact, it was a game day on Saturday and that's a big deal in Texas, but they chose to still work with us. They showed us properties in north, south and central as my sister wasn't familiar with the area and wanted to review all options. It was a successful weekend as she bought a house and even secured a short closing just before the Thanksgiving holiday. It was not as pleasant of an experience as I had hoped it would have been but there is a silver lining in all of this...my roommates and I got almost our entire security deposit back. As a tenant Steve is extremely passive aggressive to a childish degree and trying to request any maintenance work the few times we did in the two years we rented was always a hassle and an ordeal. He was so unpleasant to talk to I avoided it most of the two years we rented and luckily only had to do so a few times. During the buying process our realtors worked with him and through him the buyer and we had several delays due to him not getting paperwork ready in time and they complained to us several times how unhelpful he was during this process. They had worked with him before but never had the issues with communication and gettings things in on time like they did during our process.

Steve is extremely rude, was extremely difficult to work with, was very belittling, and mansplained to me the role of a property manager when I have myself owned and rented out a house before. He tricked me into thinking that he was the kind of property manager that cares about working with people and their circumstances, which was one of the reasons I chose that house. He was very hard to work with when I had to relocate home to Colorado for a few months for brain surgery (and what I was asking was not a lot, not even to end the lease.) When the lease was over, I reached out for a scanned copy of the deposit check and he never got back to me. When I followed up over a week later to ask more sternly for the copy I was entitled to, he presumptuously assumed I was asking because of roommate issues and told me to leave him out of it. He was belittling, presumptuous, rude, and unprofessional. And this is on top of his general lack of help with maintenance requests and overall unhelpful attitude with inquiries over the 2 years renting from him. I'm praying he doesn't respond to this review and attempt to gaslight me or justify his poor behavior as he's done with other reviewers here. Do not rent from him if you want to be treated respectfully or professionally.

Did not come and look at the house even once until the night before it went up on MLS. We sold our home quickly-1 weekend. We asked them to find a home for us to buy while we prepared our home for sale. Moxie realty was unable to find one home to show us during the entire contract period which was over a month. When my husband and I found a home for sale on our own during the weekend our home went on sale, our moxie realtor could not bother herself to show it to us as she was on vacation over the weekend. Yes, you read that right. She went on vacation the day our home went on the MLS. She was too busy to arrange for someone in her company to show it to us. Additionally, when we brought to her a home we found on our own, she put in an offer on our behalf. Unfortunately, she screwed up and stated it was a va loan instead of a conventional loan. In a sellers market, va loans are not competitive as they require more stringent inspections. We lost out on this home even though we were the highest bidder. The broker stated that we didn't lose out because of the Moxie realtor, but because the other bidder knew the selling agent. The best part of this whole fun fest was when the owner/broker yelled at me when we told her we would not be repairing anything on the home we sold since we had 2 backup offers and it was a sellers market. Our garage door stopped working during the weekend we sold our home. Instead of representing our interests and backing up our decision, she raised her voice and berated us as she thought the deal would fall through. We forwarded a tape of her interaction with us where she raised her voice to a competitive company who now uses this as an educational tool on what not to do to your client- Their annual Ethics class. The broker/owner offered me $4k to sign a nda-non disclosure agreement to keep my mouth shut on their horrible business ethics, but decided my freedom of speech was worth more. Any time there has been an issue Dulce, who is a property for my complex, is always there to attend to the issue. My apartment is older, so there has been some issues with leaks in the roof, pipes, and some pests, but Dulce has found a solution for each one. My building now has a new roof, the pipes where reworked which fixed the eaks, and the pest are none existent. I would have to say the only down fall is that sometimes it can be hard to get in touch with the group via phone, but they are always quick to respond Via email. Over all I am happy with Presidio and I plan to resign for my 3rd year!
