Kept leaving my information and being told "someone would get back to me." Oddly, once when I called the person who answered had never even heard of water testing and I was transferred several times before I finally got to someone who actually works at "First American Home Inspections" (the number was correct). After about the fifth attempt someone got back to me - only to tell me they do not service my area. What?? My county is listed on the company's website.... Not very professional. Found Henry and he had great reviews on yelp and google- not one bad review! So I set up an appointment. They were on time and did a thorough inspection. I mean thorough!!! He gave us the report that evening and it was super detailed. I mean my husband even said he needs to give Henry a review because his work was outstanding.
