I've never really waited in line. It's one of the few banks that have a lot of tellers, and I am just very, very happy. I used to be in the watervliet branch for years. And then I moved to Averill Park, and now I'm in the wynantskill branch, and I am just so pleased with that bank. One of the things you did for me is that my wife did online banking for years and then my wife had cancer. So I went to the bank and asked for a paper statement to be sent to the house starting in those years. And they were so kind to send that paper statement to me so I could balance the checkbook. I Wasn't good at the computer as my wife was, so you're very accommodating. And the last thing I'd like to say is, I'm very, very happy that you still do the passbooks, where I have 2 savings accounts, and it's sort of old-fashioned.
