And they asked me irrelevant documentation which has nothing to do with my loan. I strongly believe they discriminated me because of my ethnicity. After all this frustration I applied for my HELOC loan application on July 13 with Citizens Bank and they are about to sign my closing documentation tomorrow. Which is huge difference between these two Banks. Citizens Bank is so easy to deal with and quick that I was really shocked and surprised. It is just amazing experience.

Not only did she get us approved for the vehicle we were looking at she was able to refinance the other two auto loans that we have and save us money each month without extending the term. We then looked into debt consolidation and saved money there as well. Alexis goes above and beyond for her customers and has a great personality. I would recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle, do a debt consolidation or refinance the vehicles they currently have. This bank is the absolute worst. While all the other local banks have opened their lobbies, this…read morebranch's lobby is closed. It has only one drive-up window and you must be in a vehicle to use it. People are not allowed to walk up to the window. The teller was unbelievably incompetent. We waited behind only one vehicle for almost 20 minutes. Once we got to the window, we waited for another ten minutes as she was unable to process the deposit, we asked if her supervisor could help. Eventually a supervisor came and processed the deposit in a few seconds.

Instead ,they allow you to submit the application and get a hard hit on your credit check inquiry automatically, and then they decline you. Totally unprofessional. BUYERS BEWARE!!!
