I'm still giving it one star although product is good. I have talked to who I think is the owner. He said the pricing would be taken care of...I went back and got the same long haired dirty blonde, she still charged almost $8 dollars for four shots of white coffee, 2 pumps of Carmel flavoring and a splash of heavy cream and milk. I have started bringing my own mixers and just buy the shots when she is there. It is a $4 dollar difference without the mixers. Mind you, I get half the norm sweetener, and a quarter of cream/milk that she is charging me for. Just not right. I will continue to stick to my guns and frequent the business, but will avoid the cream and sweetener by bringing my own. Sad. And I can't believe the owner allows this war to continue. read more

Favorite local drive up coffee spot in this area. We've been going here for a few years and I appreciate the friendly staff, milk choices, and all of the sugar free syrup options. They've never gotten a drink wrong, and all of the ones we've ordered came out delicious. I also love the little chocolate covered espresso beans they put on the cup if you want. read more

Best. Place. Ever. Baristas are long term, good at what they do, and are always very friendly. Prices are reasonable, lower than most other stands. Lines are long but move quick and are totes worth it - right on, ladies!! They even have their own type of coffee roast from their roasters. Tyra (morning) and Shannon (night) are my favorite and they always, ALWAYS make a perfect drink every time. I really wanted to love this place, but it felt like a one way relationship, and I stopped trying. The location and the coffee is great. The signs out front are often humorous. The inside of the stand looks clean and well maintained. But one barista in particular was less than pleasant. It always felt like I was annoying her with a simple never changing drink order. It looked like she was quick enough too but on multiple occasions she would leave me hanging while she worked or chatted up the other window with multiple orders while I sat in my car waiting. I tried being more cheerful. I tried chatting. I'm a good tipper but I even tried being an even better tipper. Nothing worked. As she was the barista consistently there when I'm on my way to work and I couldn't avoid her, I just stopped going. I often drive by on my commute and wonder if it's safe to return yet. I usually only go here in the weekends because I'm so busy during the week. The ladies are really friendly and make great coffee. I did make it in during the week a few times recently and I think I'll stick to weekends. The girls in the morning during the week should really be re-trained on customer service. Every time I went, they have spent the entire time gossiping with each other rather than engaging conversation with the customers. Today one asked for my payment and then turned her back to continue talking to her colleague. I sat there holding my payment out until she was done talking. Also, the punch cards don't make sense. It says buy 12, get the 13th free for equal or lesser value. I buy 24oz drinks or larger yet I had to pay 50 cents for my free drink because the punch card only cover $4? It should at least say $4 maximum on the card. read more

The coffee is decent. It really sucks that when you multiple drinks, you only get one stamp per visit, I mean how cheap can you get?? You could spend 20 bucks and still get one stamp, not to mention no matter how much you spend you still get charged that .35 cent fee for using your card. Great coffee and friendly service by all staff but one girl. She is the one that's there the most, I don't know her name but she had long brown hair and seems like she does not like her job. I feel unwelcome when I pull up when she's there. Barely smiles and very unfriendly. Why work at a place where you deal with customers all day with that attitude? This place is always my go to place when I don't go to Starbucks! I go to Starbucks pretty often just because I have money on my card but this place has the best coffee, for sure! The girls there are friendly and after a while, they even start to remember your regular order! I'm always here for their red bull Italian sodas and their white coffee. If you've never had white coffee before, try it! There's a delicious nuttiness to the coffee and I love it. They're always having daily deals so make sure if you really wanna get a discount on your drink, stop by: Mocha Mondays (50 cents off your drink) Double Stamp Tuesdays Latte Wednesdays Thirsty Thursdays (50 cents off red bull Italian sodas) Blended drink Fridays (50 cents off any blended drink) And Saturdays and Sundays are usually random, I believe! Super good coffee! These girls really know how to make drinks. I used to only ever to go to Starbucks, until my friend showed me this place. I really love the way they make their drinks. I usually order a chocolate Americano with a splash of cream. For some reason I don't usually like flavored americanos elsewhere because other shops water them down too much, but here they get it just right and it's always the perfect sweetness. Great blended drinks and they usually have some sort of Trivia that will make your drink a little cheaper. They are super quick and they have a stamp card as well, which I love. I drink coffee often but when I do I go here. No attitude over Grande stuffy whip etc. The girls are really sweet. They have great deals and card system. Mocha monday is really fun. I think this place makes small buisness look good. The coffee is pretty good too. Starbucks seems to fill with chocolate and snobby attitude. I asked for a 24 oz Red Bull Italian soda with no ice and the woman was super rude, showed me the cup and told me it would end up with half of it being cream and that would be gross. She ignored my request and put ice, then said it'd be better as a 16 oz which I was fine with so she put what was in the 24oz in the 16oz cup and it didn't even fill the cup all the way. She was rude and told me that the drink I ordered is what I got then charged me for a 24 oz when the 16 oz wasn't even filled. The only reason I went was because I was one away from a free drink on my punch card. I do not recommend going here and I won't go again. read more

I just want to say, I've been going to this stand for over ten years, I have lived right down the street and have always loved coming here. Everyone is typically very sweet and fast. Earlier this week my sister went to this stand and ordered two drinks, and when she went to pay the barista tried to swipe her card a few times and then told my sister that her register system wasn't working and that she would have to pay cash. My sister doesn't carry cash, and when she told the barista she offered for her to go to the nearest ATM to get the payment. My sister was at the end of her pay period and didn't have enough money in her account to pull from an ATM (she only had $19 and you need at least $23 to pull from an ATM and cover the ATM fee) she told this to the barista, and the barista asked for the drinks back! Not because my sister couldn't pay, but because she couldn't accept her form of payment which they usually do. She was extremely embarrassed because she knew that the people behind her got to watch her get her drinks handed to her, her give the barista her card, have her card handed back to her, and have to give the drinks back.
