I came to Broadway mall today for a cocktail dress for a November wedding. Even though their dress department (for what I needed) is mostly online Lara and Megan at the register were so kind and helpful. This is a dying Mall. If McDonald's leaves you know it's bad. Those left in the so called food court aren't worth consuming, If it wasn't for IKEA and Target on the anchors it would have closed up sooner. The Mall looks so old and worn out. The movie theater upgraded to reserve a while back but in the process lost over 50 percent of their seating. Not Good. If you try to inform guest relations about issues they get annoyed because you interrupt them from playing games or searches on their screens or interrupt their hang out conversations with their Mall security. If you want to visit the anchors you still can but I would skip the Mall and the dead weight stores inside. read more

Right near a previous job, very convenient. Boasts some stores Suffolk malls do not, and it's right near the Hicksville LIRR station (parked near the Target overflow/transition commuter lot a handful of times. read more

At Broadway Commons the customer is always wrong don't shop here if you want to use Wi-Fi you have to give them all your personal information. Very bad experience with the person monitoring the chat on 12/2/2018 @12noon. I will be pursuing this. read more

I've been going to this mall on and off ever since I was a kid but only for their movies. It's made some changes in an out over the years. The mall brings a rather calm, enjoyable shopping atmosphere for the average shopper. It's easy to get bored in this mall, yet they have improved upon that recently. The kiosks are a hit or miss depending on personal taste, the animal rides are super fun for kids and adults alike (lets be honest with ourselves) and overall the shops are nice and convenient for all locals. On the other hand, the food court needs a makeover, the restaurants are decent, although choices are seldom and there should be more to choose from. Decent mall in the end. read more

This mall has bounced back for 2016! Although there are still some vacant store fronts and the generic mall shops, Broadway has its charms. They took out the old kiosks and put in very beautiful seating areas. New snack shops, a gym, and kid events. The Broadway Mall Movie theater has been renovated with leather seats, great service. read more

'Meh' is right. I agree. It's nice to have a mall closeby, but I've worked in this mall and seen how Hicksville gets stock to fit the demographic (it makes you feel like you don't deserve the best because you're shopping in Hicksville). Basically, the nice, higer-end items won't be found in a B'way mall store. Even Macy's only has the bare minimum and the top brands you will not find. Aside from that, the mall often looks dirty... the floors and in general. it's also home to the worst, dirtiest movie theater I've been to. Bottom Line: It'll have to do for that quick mall run, but it gets the short end of the stick because people have a bad attitude about shopping in Hicksville. read more

Very refreshing family shopping mall. Offers a variety of stores with great customer service. Parking no problem. At least not yet anyway. Love the restaurants, my favourite On The Border, the kids love it. And if you just want to catch a quick lunch Panera. Movie theatre and a fun space, Round One. Great family fun. read more

Love this mall!! Wonderful place to shop. I love all the new stores added to the mall, having Ikea and Target is an added bonus!! They always have the best events. Overall I like this mall pretty good stores, but let me tell you to the Victoria's Secret is horrible.

I really like this mall. It's definitely a good alternative to the crowds of Roosevelt Field, and I like it better than my local mall, Sunrise Mall. There is always parking, which is hit-or-miss at Roosevelt Field, which is nice. I think they have a pretty fair amount of food places, plus, it has a movie theater, Target, and Ikea. I will never shop here again. My car was towed. The owner of tow shop was mean, he cursed, was rude, and intimidating. They played good cop/bad cop. When owner went in back room the guy at counter told me to pay and than next day go to mall security and they will reimburse me if I complain. This a total game and a scam. One of their stores is downright filthy. Mold, etc. I spent three days leaving messages with the Mall Office, in the midst of taking care of my daughter who was suffering from a severe allergic reaction to the mold we encountered three days ago. One secretary told me "I highly doubt that" when I told her about the mold and my daughter feeling the ill effects of it. HOW (bleep)ING RUDE! Where is the customer service? Or MANNERS for that matter??? Finally got a hold of the manager this afternoon, and he blew me off. Next up: Lawyers. read more

Greatest mall. From the good food to the movie theatre, I'm impressed. The past couple of years have brought us amazing new stores. I have been coming here since it was named Mid Island Mall! The revamping of the interior through the years have made it so much brighter & more enjoyable to shop in. Parking is usually easy & I enjoy the experience of shopping in a less crowded mall. read more

Broadway Mall is conveniently located and not too big where you would need a whole day to shop. The anchor stores here are Target, Macy's and IKEA and they have a really nice 2 level movie theater. I would highly recommend going to this mall over the other 2 I have within driving distance. read more

This mall is my go to mall. The majority of my wardrobe is from the stores at broadway because they have the best collections and this is absolutely my favorite go to hangout place, especially because it's right next to the best restaurants. read more

I prefer the Roosevelt Field Mall but this is a good alternative if you're not into lively places with multiple floors. This mall is simple, I would compare it to the Green Acres Mall but that would be rude, this mall is trying with the Hollister Co. Being new to the mall I found myself walking from the Victoria's Secret to the bathroom upstairs at the food court when I should have just asked where the bathroom was from the security guard on the segway. This a mall with options for Teenagers with little money, it includes the usual Forever 21, Charlotte Russe, and a PINK inside on Victoria's Secret. The Target was a bit weird with me being used to having the Target disconnected from the mall but it's convenient. read more

I've been going to this mall it seems like forever. Used to go here as a teen to hang out and go to movies. Now I go there when I need to go to Forever 21, HM, Target and Ikea. Only go to this mall if you need to go to one of the stores they have and you do not feel like dealing with the crowds of larger malls such as Roosevelt Field. If you are looking to go to a mall where to you hope to go to random stores and buy items this mall is not for you, go to Roosevelt and deal with the crowds. The food court does not have many options but there is a Taco Bell for you fellow tbell lovers out there. There is a children's play area in the food court so if you have a kid they can play in there with all the other kids and probably catch a cold because I doubt the play place is ever wiped down and cleaned. There is plenty of parking available and if for some reason you need to come to this mall and do not have a car the Hicksville train station is within walking distance. There are also many buses. read more

The stores are always trashed, like the workers don't know how to organize or clean up after the disgusting customers, this is the worst mall on long island no doubt about it, once good thing is it looks a little nicer after being redone. read more

Not an "official" discount mall but it has an Ikea, Target, mid-tier stores (Zales, H&M, etc.) and a huge Macy's. Not too crowded (surprisingly), and easy to get to; very close to the Hicksville train station. read more

The location and place was ok, decent selection. I gather some items to purchase and was also returning an unused item that I had ordered online. I did try it on but it was not worn and still had the tags on. The young cashier called up an older woman who nastily declared the item as not being able to be sold. I decided I would then just have to ship it back. They would probably steam the item and have it ready for resale. Lady, learn your business and learn to act professional. read more

The mall is much less crowded than it used to be. I used to come here many weekends years ago and it was pretty crowded (never as crowded as Roosevelt Field) but still busy. Now, I can go to stores without having to wait on huge lines. The food court has less restaurants open and is pretty empty. I like to come here mostly for Ikea, H&M, and Target. I sometimes go for the movie theater because of the new seats they have with reclining chairs (really comfortable!) but I only go here when I don't want to feel rushed by the crowds at other malls. read more
