I went to Broadway Gold Center for a gold chain and was surprised by their amazing customer service. What also surprised me was how big their inventory was. They had 10k chains, 14k, 18k, and 24k! In all different sizes! I couldn't find anything that they didn't have. They also gave me the bang for my buck for sure! I've gone there a few times since I first went and it's been a great experience every time. The only reason I could see this store having a 3/5 review overall is because usually only people with bad experiences leave a review. Saw a watch I've been looking for on their social media where they posted that asking price was $25k out the door so we drove all the way up there to take a look. Unfortunately, the watch was in a lot worse condition than described and when I asked what the price was, they quoted me $27.5k + tax. So then I asked if this was the one and only one they had and they said it was. After lengthy discussions back and forth, they told me that if I bring cash, they could do $26k out the door. The problem isn't necessarily that they posted misleading things to get me to their store: the main problem is that I would not have even bought the watch at $25k even if they were legit and honored what they posted because the watch was not worth $25k in the condition they were asking.
