I would never recommend this place. These people are scammers. My husband purchased my wedding ring here three years ago, and after giving birth, my rings no longer fit, so I went back to have both rings resized from size 4 to 4.75. They charged me $450 for the resizing. When I later checked with the jewelry stores around, they told me resizing usually costs around $20-50 per ring, and many jewelers even do it for free for their own customers. What made the experience even worse was that when I asked for my rings back, they refused to return them unless I paid. They also insisted on keeping my diamond rings for several days for a simple resizing job, which felt very suspicious and unprofessional. Don't ever leave your diamonds with them. They WILL switch it out. Overall, it was an extremely disappointing and upsetting experience. read more

Beware of high-pressure sales tactics here. The last thing you want when purchasing something special, expensive and once in a lifetime is someone pressuring you that if you don't buy it right then and there, it'll be gone tomorrow. A good broker/retailer should let you think it over for a day and get back to them, but Gary wouldn't do that. I had asked him for two matching diamonds and although the specs were technically correct and matching , one was crushed ice and the other wasn't. They didn't look symmetric at all... One diamond was nice and one was very ugly. He tried to convince me that they were a "perfect match" but anyone with their naked eye could see that they looked extremely different despite being the exact same dimensions and carat, weight, they didn't LOOK the same. I guess Gary doesn't have a discerning eye and just wanted to sell me something. He also quoted me my exact budget... Which was a $600 mark up from someone else who showed me much nicer diamonds that were actually symmetrical and matching. He clearly cares more about the money than anything else. I can't recommend this place. If you do decide to go here I'd shop around first and never tell him your budget because that is exactly what you will pay! read more
