We purchased my custom engagement ring, a ring re-design, and a simple white gold band from the prior ring we redesigned. On the first day, Sam spent 2 hours with us helping narrow down the shape of the stone I wanted. I had a very good idea of the shape I wanted but he showed me different stones because he focuses on having the customer fall in love with the stone as opposed to the specs of the stone. Which I LOVE that approach! He also has you look at the stones in natural lighting and fingerprinted (dirtied up), because that's actually what it's going to be 90% of the time. The stones look different in that environment. So on the first visit, we looked at different stones and sizes and refined the exact shape, and L to W ratio. I wanted a specific cut so I ended up custom ordering my stone and color (lab grown per my request). They took the time with me to make minor adjustments while we designed the ring by CAD. They collaborate together as a couple and make sure you get exactly what you want, while making sure your ring will hold up well. We did a little bit of shopping around before we saw Sam and Maria; their prices are fair and honest. You feel like family and know they're going to take care of you. I know I'll be going back again when I want to purchase more jewelry!

In my search for an engagement ring I tried looking online and checking retail jewelry stores which gave me ridiculously high prices for the specifications I was looking for in a ring. I had a specific vision in regards to the ring that my (now) fiancé would wear everyday and look at several times per day. A friend recommended Chris at The Diamond Bank. I went on the website, filled out a quick form with what I wanted, and heard back from him very quickly! I knew nothing about rings and he worked with me and educated me on how to get the biggest bang for my buck. I sent him pictures of bands which he was able to recreate and customize perfectly. When we met in person, he took time to explain the 4 C's and which ones were truly important. I am a fulltime (and then some) firefighter with a very tight schedule and he was able to work with me and that crazy schedule. After about 9 days, the ring was completed and delivered to me at work and it was absolutely perfect! I got more than I was expecting for half the price a local retail jewelry store was going to charge me. Chris is amazing! Chris designed my engagement ring in 2017 and just recently one of the small diamonds in the band fell out. I sent Chris a bunch of pictures and we came to the conclusion that the issue was from the fact that I had lost weight and now the rings were not the correct size which lead them to start losing their round shape. He sent me a shipping label and I sent him my engagement ring and wedding band after a week without my rings my package came back and WOW! The rings look amazing. Perfect round shape and no missing diamonds. Chris fixed the ring and replaced the missing Diamond and sized it for me so this issue doesn't happen again. *** Buyer Beware*** I purchased a 14k gold rope chain from here for about $1800, about 3/4 days…read morelater I wanted to come in and return the chain, unworn, with the original receipt, and box. I decided to return the chain because I wasn't satisfied with the quality, or weight of the chain. On their website it says they do refund up to 30 days with receipt and unworn. When I went into the store they absolutely refused to refund the chain and told me they do not offer refunds, I brought up their policy on the website and they told me that it Dosent matter and they don't do refunds they only do exchanges. They then tried to upsell me on other chains that were $1000+ more than my original budget, when I finally decided on a the chain I wanted to exchange, it was a 10k chain, that weighed 3 grams more. They gave me the chain for the same price, about $1800. After talking with other jewelers in the area I had learned that the chain they exchanged for me was worth less than the original chain, it weighed 3 grams more in weight, but it was only 10k, meaning there was less gold in the new chain then the original. Please beware of these shady business Practices, lying about policy's, and not honoring their posted policy. Don't make the same mistake as me and pay in cash as they WILL NOT refund you under any circumstance. Use a credit card that way if they pull the same shady tactics you can reverse the charge with the bank.

We have been diamond ring shopping all around LA, and 98% of them have all had the typical "salesman" energy pushing the sale rather then considering the customer's needs, budget, or time. A big moment for me was when I had brought up another sourced diamond I was looking at during my time there, to get there opinion on it, and rather then become defensive or turn cold to try and sell there diamond like other stores; they actually looked into the IGI cert with me and my partner, and even complimented the cert qualifications. They opened our eyes on why the online diamonds were priced the way they were. They shared table percentages and other factors that attirbuted to the low price, despite the cert rating. They also grabbed a couple VVS1 and VS1 diamonds for us to compare, to see how just because certs are slighlty better does not always equate to a good looking diamond. The eye test is undefeated haha. All in all, Inta is such a breath of fresh air to run into when shopping for such a big occasion. Every good review they have is justified, and the way they do business should be a staple to others in the community.
