To begin with, she was SO responsive and respectful to me and listened well while being firm on her price; I think I'm a pretty aggressive negotiator but she presented her basis for her final price in a cogent, kind fashion and I was embarrassed to press any further. She went ahead and paired the actual watch with her own iPhone and Apple ID right there at the sales counter, as I simply wanted to be sure the Series 4 loaded apps and operated properly. Again, she did all of this respectfully and efficiently and then she finished the transaction flawlessly. Her store was very clean, well organized and safe compared to other pawn shops. It really felt like a beautiful indoor consignment shop, to be honest. My seven year old daughter was with me at the time and had a blast looking at all the beautiful jewelry and guitars. Finally, I have to say I came here first and read Yelp reviews before physically going there, but unfortunately all of these reviews here could not have been with the same person. There's an old metaphor called Wittgenstein's ruler, that basically says you can apply logic and learn more about the thing used to measure something than the thing you're measuring. I think the previous people that wrote reviews here must have just been having a bad day, or maybe got into an accident that day. I pawned multiple instruments over the course of the time, and rotated the ones in pawn with ones I was using at the time, so I had experience with pawning multiple items, redeeming multiple items, and repawning some when I had to. I have now gotten all of the instruments out of pawn. First thing - if you have ever pawned something, especially if it had monetary and/or personal significance to you, it is an emotional thing. Chris and the entire staff are *absolutely amazing!* I have dealt with sociopaths (not at Q's Loan) behind the counters of multiple pawn shops in other states, who always have the attitude of "are you still here?" as long as they weren't making extra money off of you. Q's Loan always treated me with respect and the fees for the pawns are frankly about 1/5 the interest I paid in other states. The entire staff at Q's Loan were always helpful and never let me lose an item pawned as has happened in other states where I pawned one thing or another. They knew I wanted my things back and made sure I was always aware of my due dates and what the costs were for redemption of items on a particular day. Secondly, the amounts and rates I got for the pawn loans were very fair and manageable. Everyone was always professional but personable. I can't recommend them enough!

They sell TV's, dvds, and musical instruments here. But I was on the hunt for some tools, an air compressor to be exact and to my surprise they actually had one. A 12 gallon Craftsman for $189. Brand new, with hoses and accessory kit they sell for $189. Full blown retail for used merchandise with no warranty. That's when I started looking at other stuff. Used drills, above retail. A weed eater, full retail. Tons of stuff with no price on them. And plenty of TV's which they clearly don't sell a lot of because one had a Christmas sign on it. It's almost August. It's no surprise that the place is a mess. They must not move much merchandise. Bottom line: don't waste your time here.
