I was referred here for X rays after a car accident. When I was on my way I got stuck in downtown traffic which put me super behind. I arrived 10 mins before their closing time and I was mentally preparing myself for them to say we aren't taking anymore patients which I would've completely understood, but that wasn't the case. They were so accommodating kind and professional. I even had my son with me and since he couldn't come into the X-RAY room with me, one of the staff members played cars with him and kept him entertained. They could've easily made an already stressful situation worse for me but they didn't. It was greatly appreciated. read more

I was going for a routine checkup with my primary care doctor this week and he advised that it was time for another thoracic CT scan. I was thinking I would be going back to the place on Wilshire which is a real pain to contact and make an appointment, very frustrating. Well much to my surprise I get a call from a very nice gentleman the very next morning and he was eager to see me that day but I told him it would take me a couple of days as I needed to arrange transportation. He texted me the address and I made the arrangements for transportation for today. While the area in my opinion may not be the greatest, the staff was fantastic and the wait time was very brief and the CT scan was very quick and I was out of there and on my way home. I will definitely use these people again if I have that option! read more

Health Insurance is a struggle as it is specially if you live in the hood but it's businesses like this that make it accessible for people to have access to services that if you don't have insurance you could still have access to these services So give a lot of credit to businesses that provide and support the community Plus I took a X ray back in 2020 and when I asked them if they could give me a copy they just looked it up in there system and gave me a print out quick There organized and very friendly the girl in the reception I think here name is Monica her customer service was on point and friendly the X ray technician was very helpful so if you need any X rays and if you live in the hood this is Great option read more

This place and their equipment is so old everything is falling apart. I went for a few MRI's and a Ct and their CT was down. I never got called to get notified of this but, I did receive over 5 texts to remind me of my coming appointment. The MRI was so old it was even lacking padding. It was so narrow my legs and arms kept falling to the sides and I had to lay still. They had no pillows or blankets. They had a few support wedges which were filthy and all taped up. They had one red reusable throw that they wanted me to use. As a registered nurse I was so appalled of the hygiene there. I literally felt I was in Cuba. Actually health equipment is better. The staff was wonderful and I can tell they felt embarrassed about their work environment. read more

Overall, my experience was great! People expect a lot for a low income area. Yes the area is not the greatest but what are you expecting.. Beverly Hills?? Lol. Prices are affordable, the staff is friendly, and The technician's are professional. Yes there is a wait just like any other place. We are called "patients" for a reason. It gets a single star because the actual tech ppl doing the MRIs are very nice, but the rest of it here is not up to par. They make you pay for your own images on a CD and then tell you you're s.o.l. If the doctor's office can't view the images on the same system. They have an attitude like they're doing you a favor and they own the place, and they're not helpful even with the doctor's office. Their "director" offered no solution whatsoever. It's frustrating that one can't get images of ones own results and offered no solutions after they've been paid. Stay away from this place for your own health and sanity. read more

The receptionist Maria was so friendly upon my arrival I only waited about 10 minutes and the X-rays were performed by a very nice Technician by the name of Jose. My whole process was about 30 minutes, I was treated very well, all the staff members were nice and professional. I had a Saturday appointment for 3 MRI's. Surprisingly, the office was empty and I was in and out in less than an hour. Radiology staff were polite. On top of that, the MRI report I received was very thorough. It found quite a few things that had been overlooked while I was a patient of Kaiser Permanente, and even included images, which Kaiser never did. Now I'm closer to finding the proper treatment after years of symptoms. read more

i was sent here after not being able to complete my mri at another location due to my anxiety. I tried a regular mri, open mri and even a stand up mri but couldn't do it. The last thing to try was a ct scan. The wait here wasn't that bad and the service was good. once I got called up to do the scan i told the tech of my issues with these type of machines. Perry (the tech) made sure I was comfortable and explained the whole process. the scan was over sooner than I thought it would. I was able to complete both scans with ease, and perry made sure it all went smooth. He talked to me through out the whole scan And kept me informed of what was going on. I hope next time I need to get a scan done I get someone like him to make the process better. read more

This place is called Broadway Radiology not Vernon, but whatever they're called they are a terrible facility and do nothing but waste my time and frustrate me. My insurance approved an MRI authorization to go through their facility about 2 weeks ago. They scheduled me for an MRI to be done through another company they work with called Lynwood Imaging. My MRI was done on Thurs, June 6th and my follow up appointment with my doctor was scheduled for the following Wednesday the 12th. I asked 3 different people if my results would be ready by the day of my appointment and they all told me results would be guaranteed before my appointment. I even called my doctor the day before to make sure the results would be there, and Broadway Radiology confirmed once again the results would be ready for my appointment. Well, as I'm sure you have guessed by now my results were NOT ready on the day of my appointment which I had to leave work early for. So after wasting my time, they called the doctor and the imaging place and said my results would be available Friday afternoon. My doctor rescheduled my appointment for today Monday morning, and guess what still no results today. This by no means is my doctors fault, it is ALL Broadway Radiology's fault. The staff at my doctors and I called them several times to demand an explanation for their incompetency and lack of information. Only to hear excuses and no concern or even a real apology for wasting my time and energy. Office manager Patty said she never guaranteed anything that she doesn't do that, and doesn't care that I have to pay a co payment of $40 every time I step into a doctor's office. She also said maybe they would have my results by the end of today, wtf?! Maybe today?! WTF?!?! I went years without health care and now that I have it I have to go through bullshit like this. I injured my knee almost 2 years ago now, and have had to wait for months for an MRI to even be approved and now I can't even get my damn results! Now who knows if I'll be able to get time off to get my results whenever they feel like sending them to my doctor ugh. AVOID this place at all costs, tell your insurance to refer you elsewhere and save you your time and frustration. I would give these idiots negative stars if I could! I don't understand why anyone would take a job/career in the medical field if you do NOT care about people and are NOT capable of performing your job or responsibilities. Go back to working in fast food or somewhere else where people's health, time, and medical results are not in your hands. I was really nervous about having an MRI, but Jerry, the MRI tech made me feel comfortable through the whole process. Super disappointed. My dad went here for the MRI on the 3rd of august and today being the 27th my dad had an appointment with his doctor and they still had not received no clear photos nor a disk just a basic report when the doctor originally wanted a disk. My dad took it upon himself to call and ask for a disk and an employee by the name Maria said it wasnt my dads business to call and ask for it ...that it was the responsibility of the clinic to handle it with them personally. My dad called his doctor again and explained what happened and said they shouldnt even hesitate to give a disk with him being the patient. She was overall very rude and so unprofessional. This was my 1st time here today and based on reviews I read I was skeptical. I had a appointment at 4pm for bilateral breast mri. I had went here because it offered the best cash price. I was taken in a 430 to start my mri. To me half a hour is not a long wait time at all, I actually expect to wait a little longer based on other reviews. The staff was very nice and so was the director. They went above and beyond what I was expecting for the service. I spoke to Susi and she was also very helpful with any concerns I had. I would highly reccomend this place. They are busy but are worth the wait. read more

So I came in to do an MRI I got here around 1015am because I had a 1030am appointment. It is now 1130 I got up to ask how much longer it would take to the lady in the front. All she said we have to take people in the order.......wait, so what was the point of making an appointment? They are extremely disorganized couldn't even find my paperwork even though they had a pile in front of them that they eventually looked through, that had my papers..honestly this is ridiculous and the girl in the front no help whatsoever. Thank goodness I only have to come here this once cause I would never come back here again...btw the building looks like a creepy abandon building and don't even get me started on the inside of the building...yuck... read more

I refer all my patients to Broadway Radiology for imaging because they have a fast turn-around time on reports (mostly), are able to schedule same-day appointments, are open on Saturdays and have low cost cash pricing for my patients. Kind of a sketchy neighborhood but the facility itself is fine. read more

Neighborhood is kinda run down looking and so is the building this place is in. The receptionists were pretty nice as was the ultrasound technician BUT I was expecting there to be a radiologist on site to evaluate my ultrasound there and then; but instead was told that there was no radiologist on site and that they would be sending the ultrasound to an outside radiologist and I would have to wait a week for the report. I asked if I would get a digital copy of my ultrasound and I was told "No.You just get a written report that contains a paper picture of one or two images from the ultrasound".I'm not really happy about that. What if I want a second opinion? I don't want to have to rely on a paper print but that's all they are giving me access to. Also, I asked if they could email me the report and they also said "no", that I would have to pick it up in person. Because what?? "Privacy". Well if it's MY EMAIL that only I can access, why is that not considers private? Instead, I have to be inconvenienced and take the time to drive down to the hood in person a second time. I've seen other places that give you online access to digital files. If I would have known, I would have spent a little extra to go to a place with an on-site radiologist that gives online access to your scans. If you're smart, that's what you will do. read more

It does not matter what time your appointment is at. If you are late, outside of a 15 min window period. You will still be seen, meaning everyone on time to their appointments gets delayed. Arrived at 2:40 pm, still waiting. Time now 6:00 pm and employees vent to me on how this is an issue because they do not get their mandated state law lunch break. New management with current operational state governed law procedures seems ideal or an FDA inspection. read more

Appointments mean absolutely nothing here. Rescheduled my whole week including finding a last-minute babysitter and waited almost an hour, asked how much longer and they said 25 minutes. This despite me asking when I booked the appointment how long it would take and they said including check-in about 1hr15min. But then the front desk said they only have one MRI machine and there was a 9:30 appointment ahead of my 10am appointment. They couldn't tell me why they would schedule appointments half an hour apart when each patient takes an hour. read more

They did and MRI on my right ankle and foot. They wouldn't do it on the same day. I dreaded going back but that's where I was assigned to go. I WOULD NOT Recommend this to Anyone. read more
