The TX1000 that I rented had hydraulic fluid leaking all over the place as your worker Mason pointed out when I brought the machine back. He lifted up the cover and showed me after I told him the machine ran hot to the touch and had to keep on shutting machine off to cool off. He should of told me what was going on with it when I was charged $467.00. Again the machine was in deplorable condition. You mentioned it's all about customer satisfaction and how long you have been in business. How about compensating me for the money I spent like giving me half off? I couldn't even finish the job with this machine. Had to dig by hand. read more

The sewer snake was $45 online, but went to $50 in the store. I was also charged an additional $5.50 on the invoice for something without letting me know. Bill came to over $60 with tax and it was returned within an hour. Everyone was nice, though. read more

RYAN AND KRISTEN, We have been in business since 1977 and customer service and professionalism is our number 1 priority! I am sorry for the misunderstanding on your rental! I think there was some confusion on our part, since we don't have time deliveries. Thursday when we delivered all of your order except the tent, you then showed the delivery guys where you wanted the tent, We assumed all was good, but then you came in asking for a discount Friday knowing your tent was on its way and your party wasn't until Saturday! In no way were we trying to be rude or unprofessional to you. I truly apologize again for our confusion! We had no clue you took Friday off of work since you showed us where your tent was going up! When you reserve your order we always explain that we will deliver your order between Wednesday and Friday and to just mark off the spot you want your tent or bounce house, so we can take our time to make sure everything is done right. We would never ask our customers to take a day off of work, since we do not have time deliveries, but if our customer decides they would like to be there for the set-up, we will then call before we leave with your order. Sub-rental is very common in the Rental business, to make it one-stop shopping for your convenience. Our delivery guys are specialized in delivering and setting up orders, they aren't aware of when a order is placed! Our team works very hard to make your special event perfect! Thank you!! read more

I went to Taylor Rental to rent tables, chairs, tent, bounce house, and dunk tank. In March I went for an estimate and they guy behing the counter told me that the bounce house and the dunk tank were $160 each but because I was getting the tent combo I was already paying for delivery so they were going to take the $60 delivery fee off each the bounce house and dunk tank which would make them $100 each. I went back into Taylor Rental in June to reserve and pay for everything and the lady behind the counter had no clue what I was talking about when I told her what the other guy had told me. I ended up paying full price for everything. When I asked when the equipment would be set up she had told me the Thursday before the party (the party was on a Saturday) she also said I had to be there for the set up. I took off of work to meet the guys for the set up. They came with everything but the tent. They told me the tent would be here by the end of the day. By 330pm that day I had called the office and they took my number and said they would call me back after they called the driver. They did not end up calling back. Now because they didnt show Thursday for the tent I had to take another day off of work and lose another days pay. I called them again Friday morning and the lady there told me that she didnt know what was going on and that she would call me back. 10 mins later she called me back and said 2pm. I then went into the store and tried to get somewhat of a price break for my troubles of losing 2 days pay over this. The lady behind the counter was rude and unprofessional. No help was given. When the tent finally came it wasnt even Taylor Rental, it was Brett Tent. I asked the guy what happened to yesterday and he said they didn't even get the order until Friday morning after I called. Needless to say I spent $836 with Taylor and im very unhappy with their performance and customer service. I will no longer be renting from them. read more
