When we got there the doors were locked, and we called four times between 2 and 2:30 while waiting in the parking lot- all which went to voicemail. Never got the popcorn machine and received a voicemail hours later that the guy was at the store waiting for us, but is now conveniently out of town so we can't get it. We had a party with ~20 people, and were looking into this company for some future wedding rentals. We DO NOT recommend using this company, and will not be using them in the future. Our party guests will not be either. So dissatisfied.

He lifted up the cover and showed me after I told him the machine ran hot to the touch and had to keep on shutting machine off to cool off. He should of told me what was going on with it when I was charged $467.00. Again the machine was in deplorable condition. You mentioned it's all about customer satisfaction and how long you have been in business. How about compensating me for the money I spent like giving me half off? I couldn't even finish the job with this machine. Had to dig by hand.

They lie about warranty to charge customers more and they manipulate numbers to get sales and it is actually Fraud and if banks find out there will be giant issues. They put used parts on customer machines and charge full price and then when that part fails they tell them it was a different issue that caused it and it won't be covered. I would steer clear.

Bobcat worked on it three times making small repairs to a hydraulic system that was discontinued. After picking it up the second time it was good until I had to load it and it traveled across the parking lot-"just turn up the throttle so it doesn't do that" I was told wow!. after the third time it lasted 6weeks then the same. I called it in and was told because I was busy bobcat had my back because it's a safety issue and when I get time just bring it in. I was wrong for believing them because they didn't want to cover the replacement of the whole hydraulic system. Told me I have a week to agree on covering half then a quarter of the labor. This all happened while under warranty until the end when it was outside the time for warranty. No one should have to pay more money for an investment while covered just because a big company panics over profits. I'm seeing now that unless you are a big spender with them The Boss just doesn't Care! I have been dealing with this safety issue for some time, as of tonight I was pinned in my trailer by my MT100 while loading. It was in mid idle when I stepped off to chain the rear, it jumped into reverse pushed me into the back of the trailer. For 30 seconds it had me, I do tree work and this was the first time I was scared.
