We had had her groomed many times in the past and her ears were always spotless upon picking her up. Very disappointed in their response. Basically "come back in and we'll look at them" to which I replied I was home watching my kids now and family was coming over. They acted defensive as if it wasn't their problem. Such a bummer. This is cageless boarding. Our rat terrier was with no more than 4 other small dogs at time. He had a good time and is still recovering 2 days later from all of the playing. We received a tour of the resort and we were impressed. You can send your dog to the spa and be bathed before you pick him up. They also have a "taxi" that can pick your dog up at your home if necessary. Extremely professional and competent. My cat had to be immediately hospitalized after picking her up on 10/4/25 until 10/10/25 due to severe dehydration, loss of over 20% of her body weight and kidney failure (no history of kidney issues). The owner and staff are highly unprofessional and did not pay for any of my cat's medical bills, even though the manager said they would. The manager stated my cat was "locked up" the entire stay and said she was sorry. Tailwaggers falsely advertised that they have highly trained staffed, a "dietician" on staff and that a topical medication to my cat's ear would be applied. My cat suffered horribly. Steer clear from this place!
