My family and I drove an hour to look at a 2005 Honda Pilot. My fiancee is a mechanic and automatically noticed several issues with this vehicle, severe leaking, body damage and filthy interior. We spoke with the owner who said that he would fix the issues and hold this vehicle for us without a deposit and detail the vehicle as it was EXTREMELY dirty and smelled like cigarettes. The owner said that he would give us a call once the issues were fixed and took our number. We were hopeful this would be the vehicle to hold our expanding family as I am 8 months pregnant and also have 3 kids. 2 days later I received a notification on Facebook that the vehicle was sold and we called to inquire about it. The owner has a bad attitude and poor customer service. He doesn't know what is wrong with any of the vehicles, and just sells them "as is" from a auction. He was clueless when I asked about registration, smog and mechanical issues. He spoke as if your really getting a deal because the prices are so low it doesn't matter what's wrong with it. All the cars were extremely dirty and parked in rows bumper to bumper, so you couldn't even test drive the car your interested in. His wife is not honest when posting the ads on Craigslist. When I first saw the car on Craigslist it said the ac worked and the tags were current. A hour later I got on Craigslist to look at the car again and boom! She added that the ac doesn't work and that the tags are expired! She did not mention this over the phone. She did not mention this in person. She just added it to the ad so when asked she could say, "see it's there, I did tell you" She obviously didn't know Craigslist will post at the bottom of the ad, the time she added the "new" information from the first post. Just triflin people and run down cars. The owner is a 30 something year old white boy with a awkward Malibu's most wanted personality. This guy doesn't have a drop of integrity in his business. Also you get mono syllable responses via inquiries from Offer Up, etc. No info on miles, CarFax, etc before driving down to the dreaded robbers row of Fulton Ave Scammers. This place is very unprofessional . They sold me a car not smogged and I wasted $400 putting a van in my name which wasn't even my job it's the dealership job so dmv is investigating that. Went back and got my money back and and spent extra on a Benz they had... Only problem now is they have failure to deliver title and everytime I call they either don't answer or tell me they can't find it. Also want an extra $100 out of me for no reason when I've already paid 2,600 for the car which was the agreement. STAY AWAY!!! We purchased a vehicle (2008 GMC Truck Yukon XL Denali AWD V8-6.2L) from Brocco Motors LLC for $7,160.00 on 12/4/2018 'as is'. Per sales person Katie Lenore Claflin the vehicle was in a good driving condition, that runs and drives great. On December 5th, 2018 after driving 40-45 miles the check engine light came on. We took it to GMC official dealership for diagnostics, and it showed the following critical issues that needed to be replaced immediately: catalytic converter, exhaust gasket, transmission assembly, rear suspension, air shocks and level ride compressor.Total replacement cost came out to be $8,799.20. On 12/5/2018 at 5:45pm we contacted Brocco Motors to discussed about issues with the vehicle. We wanted to return a hazard auto and get our money back. Katie replied that Kristi Brocco is not at the office and we can not return the vehicle. On 12/6/2018 we came to the office to talk to the owner and request a copy of a smog check report to check the summary of a passed smog check for purchased vehicle. The Owner Kristi Brocco was not in the office but Katie, the sales person, called her and we spoke with Kristi over the phone asking to return the money and provide a report from smog check. She refused to comply with any of our requests. The vehicle we purchased is not safe to drive and the owner does not want to communicate. Per GMC dealership Brocco Motors deleted codes from the vehicle before we came to test drive so it would not turn the check engine light. Brocco is doing dirty business and puts drives in danger. I'm not pleased that they didnt tell me until we were completing the paperwork that they didnt have the pink slip on hand. They were waiting to receive it from the auction company they got the car from. The wrote in the paperwork that I am demanding the pink slip & made it sound like it would probably take a week to 10 days. It's now been over 3 weeks. I've inquired twice & both times they said they'd call back w/info but didnt. So now I'm irritated at the lack of communication & the young girl in the office just shrugged & nonchalantly says "we have 90 days to get you the pink slip. The paper in the window is good for 90 days". So I guess if it actually takes 3 months there's nothing that can be done. Just wanted to let other buyers know my experience. read more

I would not even classify this company as a 1 Star... they do not deserve to be in business. They sold a car "as is" stating it was in good working condition. I clarified with them about several things about the car before sending my daughter to buy it with her hard earned money. They sell her the car, on her way home about 8 miles after leaving the dealer, a check engine light comes on. She gets it home and I look and there is no oil. Put oil in it. The next am she drove her little brother to grandmas and back. The check engine light was still on (I was thinking after a few miles it would go off). Since we had an appointment at our mechanic in 4 days I told her to not drive the car. The mechanic gets the vehicle and there is a blown head gasket... along with a list of items wrong with the vehicle. (FYI: someone zip tied two hoses together). Attempted to contact the company and got told to $@&" off and tough $&1@. Tried to get it resolved. Now we are into almost $5000 worth of work. People like this should really be out of business. Negotiated a price($900) for a 00 honda civic BEFORE driving from Stockton on friday. The car ad read(on offer up) great running car, ac blows cold, registered/tagged/smogged....drove down there and the car DIDNT even start! Turns out it needed a distributor. The guy Leonard lied!! So after driving there from stockton we really didnt want to leave without that car. Leonard really wasnt in a hurry to fix it so we ended up making 2 trips to the auto dismantler to get a distributor(both didnt work). We ended up leaving. Saturday went to 3 more pick n pulls to find a distributor. Finally found one. Leonard says to come back to Brocco around 10a, we get there about 11. Put the distributor on BAM car started. Test drove it, it ran fine. After all that WE really wanted to negotiate the price down! Leonard wasnt there to do this and the guys there couldnt do it either. We ended up waiting a few more hours until Leonard was back. They didnt budge on the price ONLY took the price down(870)for the distributor that WE found. Got the car homen ac does NOT blow cold. Called to check tags/registration... the fucking car hasnt been smogged since May and hasn't been registered since July...NEVER WILL WE DO BUSINESS there again!!!!! read more

I bought 1 car from them ,had to go gas station and get gas just so we could try it out, it ran ok, ,then in April my son sammy bought a Tahoe from them not thinking about being a gas hog, so he went back like few weeks later and bought another car 2006 Buick , the thing is brocco they never have gas in the cars only enough just to go a couple of blocks, it's like they drain the gas from all the cars,. So my son learned a expensive lesson that day he paid like 2,500 for the car stoped at the gas station filled it up after he bought it, on the way home, it started slipping, my son took it to the shop they said the transmission is no good it be around 3k . I texted the girl that sold it to my son , she said bring it back in the morning they trade it for another car, since he just bought one in April, and that are 3rd one, he gets it there she don't even show up, the guys there act like they dont know what going on ,so my son stuck with a car in the driveway that he can't drive . Don't ever get a car from this place. I bought a car and they didn't tell me it was a salvage title. When I called them to ask them why they never called me back. When I finally talked to someone she was very rude and said well it was in the papewoek and why didn't read it. She took no responsibility for there company. On top of that the car is horrible. By the next day the check engine light came on and since then I've spent thousands of dollars to get things fixed on it and there's still more to do. Don't ever by a car from these people. There very unprofessional. They had a whole family party in front and the employees were more focused on eating then helping me. One car was way overfilled with oil. (An trick to hide ticking engine noise). No parking sign on their lot so ended up parking block away and walking. Had a 20 year old car but with low miles i was interested in. Let the car idle about 10 minutes before i started reving it up to a standard 3000 rpm hit 4000 (redline was over 6000) twice for about a second. Engine sounded good was ready to ask for a test drive before the salesman starts yelling at me how I'll blow up the engine and can only rev it up while driving. ( As a profesional mechanic, i call BS...) Tells me i could take a test drive, and i ask him to move cars out of the way. He disappeared about 5-10 minutes before i have to go find him chatting with some other employees. Then he tells me it'll b about an hr before the person with keys comes back??? Of course he just let me sit there waiting while he chatted instead of taking care of the customer.
