    I wrote all the dealerships in the area to ask about the car I wanted, nobody could find it. Kim Hoang called me at 5pm and by 6pm she had already find it. Unbelievable. In a couple of days I had the car brought to my garage. They were super efficient and communicative. It was so easy it was unreal, I almost thought it was not true. But they brought the car to my house and the person who came spent a whole hour going through all my questions and helping me set up everything, including my phone. I highly recommend, they are amazing. Thanks!!!

    If only I can give 10 stars! If you don't want to be a deer in the headlights when you go to a dealer, I highly recommend these guys. Hyundai Palisade is selling like hotcakes. I inquired Friday and got my Palisade Monday. Kim has been very prompt with my questions regardless of time and day. They will make sure you'll get the best offer and search for the car spec that you wanted. Aside from Covid, it's really better to do everything online and let BuySide do the negotiating. Unless you're a professional haggler, I wouldn't trust myself dealing with Car Dealers who will make sure they will get most of your hard earn money since they do this everyday. All Hyundai Palisade dealers were 1+ hours away from home. BuySide fee is very reasonable compared to all the time and trouble that I would have to do. Their website is very user friendly and it's easy to get an idea on how much you will spend. The online process was seamless and they delivered my car on time. Thanks Kim and Christopher for the best service and goodluck to your business! I will definitely consider BuySide again in the future.

    Best car buying experience ever! This company worked hard to accommodate my needs, and my concierge, Kim, was a great communicator who made sure I knew what was happening every step of the way. The process is super fast-- they do everything from locating the car to negotiations to working out financing AND they deliver the car to your door (especially appreciated during the pandemic). Chris delivered mine and walked me through the paperwork-- he was professional, efficient and personable. The entire time from my first online contact to car delivery was six days, and would have been shorter if I could have settled for a different color. If you're at all dreading going to the dealership or are timid or like me just don't like negotiating for a new car, this is the way to go. I'd give seven stars if I could.

    I recommend using Chris on your next purchase on a new car. He is responsive and transparent throughout the process. Chris informed me early on the challenge to secure a BMW X3 M40i with my preferred options due to the chip shortage, but found one destined to a dealership with a couple more options. He secured the car and took care of all of the paperwork. He kept me informed and very responsive to questions.     $395 if you pay cash for the vehicle. $495 if you lease or finance

    If the buyer is also interested in adding manufacturer prepaid maintenance or extended warranty to the car to you assist with that (negotiate discounted price)?

    Yes. We gets quotes on both products through the dealer and usually they discount the price over the MSRP. Also, on the extended warranty, we have a 3 party that is usually ~40% less expensive than what the manufacture offers

    Are there any additional fees or charges associated with buying a car from your dealership?

    Can you offer advice on the best time to buy a car to get the most favorable deal?

    Most often the best incentives are November and December. However, manufacturers may offer great incentives at any time to move over supply so what I tell my clients is the best time to get a new car is when you are ready!

    Does the warranty cover any type of service?

    If I am understanding your question correctly, all new cars come with a manufacturers warranty. Warranty is completely separate from service. However, some manufactures include service for 2/3 years. e.g BMW, Toyota, VW

    I had a somewhat negative experience working with an advisor at this location, and the experience…read moremade me wary of Cartelligent overall. It seems like it can be good in the right circumstance, but it's worth being a bit careful about it. A friend highly recommended the advisor, saying that they'd saved her a lot of money on her car lease and made the process easy for her. I called and talked for over an hour to the advisor. They were knowledgable and friendly - great customer service. I figured that I may be able to save a little money by looking for a deal myself, but that I wanted to save the time and hassle, so the cost would be worth it. Also, I liked the idea that Cartelligent had access to better deals than I would by purchasing at volume from fleet managers. My plan was to lightly get offer prices myself, compare them to the price Cartelligent got, and then hopefully having validated that they were beating my price sufficiently, I could use them forever and rest assured that it was a worthwhile deal. I reached out to a few dealerships and got opening offers. I was shocked when my Cartelligent advisor came back with an initial price that was worse than three of the five dealerships I'd reached out to, and that was before their $600 fee. When I explained this, they responded a little defensively and asked for proof I had better deals. When I provided it, they came back the next day with an offer $50 a month cheaper than the one they first sent me - a cost difference of $1,800 over the course of the lease! Thank goodness I'd looked on my own and not taken their word for it. The experience shook my faith a bit, so I decided to negotiate with the other dealerships myself and compare. Once I got a bit further into the process, I gave Cartelligent the ability to win my business if they could get to a specific number by dropping their quote a little further. They were unable to do so, so I kept negotiations up elsewhere. Specifically, when I asked if they could get to that number, the whole email they wrote back was "That's awesome. That's a great deal" and that was the last I ever heard from them. With a little bit of work, I ultimately was able to secure a lower price than Cartelligent had before taking their $600 fee into account. Using Cartelligent would have cost me many hundreds of dollars more than negotiating on my own over the course of my lease. At the same time, I was trying to sell my car through them. I did their thorough online process, taking pictures and filling out the form. After it was clear I was going to negotiate a bit and not just take their first price, I stopped hearing about the sale process from the advisor. After the "That's awesome" email, I never heard back from them again, even after asking for updates on the sales process over email. They ultimately never gave me a quote on my car. I think they got mad at me and ghosted me, which I found surprising and unprofessional. It's possible I was able to get an unusually good deal because the EV market is weak right now. The second quote - the one $50 lower - was reasonable, and it did take me a little work to beat it. However, it was clear to me that you should always do your own due diligence and get quotes to check the ones they give you. If you do that, ultimately, you aren't really saving yourself that much work, so I'm not sure the $600 fee is worth it. Edit: David reached out, and we talked about my experience. He sounded as surprised as I was by my experience, and he's looking into it. I was impressed that he would follow up!
