He was very nice but made a mistake switching my policies, when I tried to get John's agency to help me correct the problem I had nothing but issues. First I had two of each policy, then I had no policies, then I had only renters. All the while I was driving my car around thinking that John was taking care of it. He never did. Plus, the people in his office are rude, impatient and have no business being in a customer service related job.
