This rental company is the worst!! -First told unit was…read moreavailable cause it's a $75 each application fee - waited 3-4 days called said there were people ahead of us and was told " Do you want to do your application or not" had no choice just moved to the area and hotel fees were killing us. -took 3 days to do our application and messaged us to every question we answered on the application. -then wanted astronomical for deposit saying we don't have rental history, again 3 years was shown on our application so that took another day for them to figure out and get our deposit dropped. - then gave them the money and waited 11 days before I called and asked about when we can sign the lease Mind you I waited so long because this is almost 3 weeks in from day the application was put in to the day I called for the lease. - then was told our move in date was in the email (which was not and we verified it wasn't) after SHARON the property manager was rude about it Turns out our move in date was set another 12 days out! Because the "House" wasn't ready? It's been a month? - took us 1 month to get into this house - Then we get the WRONG set of keys on move in day, luckily we got them early so they could bring us the right ones. - then we put in work orders wait days call asking about them they seem they don't understand and they get put in that day because we get the email stating that it was submitted - Sharon always says it's in the email and it never is and I went to go over the email AGIAN and she hung up on me like what?! - Sharon is the worst property manager rudest person ever!!I I have who I believe is manager helping us the whole way Nicole who super friendly and nice I can say - Communication between the tenants, companies that fulfill the work orders and reality masters is just awful I have to call both parties to figure out what's going on. Working to reach a satisfactory outcome was clear, and expertly handled. I felt my voice was heard and the concern for us (as renters) was sincere. We hand it to Amanda. Just the month before, they had charged me $95 to renew a lease, and then I was forced to pay $600 to transition to a new property management company. Working with Luke from Main Street was stressful, and his arrogance left me in a very difficult position. In total, I lost over $700 because of the way things were handled. I cannot recommend Main Street based on the lack of professionalism and the poor way I was treated. After leaving Main Street, I moved both my rentals to Covewood Estates -- and the difference has been night and day. Covewood has provided 10x better service at lower fees, and they've been fantastic to work with for both property management and selling. Communication has been clear, professional, and responsive. They truly care about their clients and have gone above and beyond to help me recover from the difficult situation I was left in. I highly recommend Covewood Estates to anyone looking for reliable, fair, and professional property management.

Durward has gone out of his way to make the process of purchasing our homes in Pensacola a joy instead of a pain. We feel that that Durward fairly represented us without taking advantage of the sellers. We never felt rushed or pressured. Durward took all the time that was needed to help us find the right homes. He followed the process from viewing, to offering and right through to closing and occupancy. I was really disappointed with Deluna's management of an apartment I rented in Pensacola. The…read morecompany was poorly organized. As an example, I set up an automatic recurring bank payment to cover my monthly rent and, despite this, received notifications of delinquent rent on multiple occasions, informing me of late fees, etc. Deluna ultimately corrected these errors, but they didn't respond immediately. This sort of thing was stressful but only a minor inconvenience. My major complaint: at the end of my lease, Deluna withheld funds from my security deposit for cleaning fees. On the invoice, things like "light cleaning bathrooms/kitchen" were cited. In Florida, landlords aren't allowed to charge tenants for cleaning unless there is damage beyond normal wear and tear. There was no damage to the property, and they produced no evidence of damage. They simply billed me to cover their routine operating costs between tenants. This kind of unethical practice is too inconvenient and expensive for the average tenant to litigate in court. Deluna understands this, so I wouldn't expect future tenants' experiences to differ from mine. At the time of this review, there is a 5-star Yelp review of this business written by one of the co-owners, "Clayton H." This violates Yelp's terms of service, so I reported the review. Mr. H writes "Honest and proficient property management company! No extra hidden fees for owners or tenants!" This was clearly not my experience. What do you think the chances are that it'll be yours?
