He determined it was just that part that I needed and advised I could get it online for much cheaper than it would cost to have a repair shop fix it and even went so far as to provide me with the part number and told me how to do it once I received the part. He was also in the process of closing but helped me anyway. He went over and above what anyone would do in this scenario. It's a little late posting this because I forgot to do it when I left the store, but I hope he sees this and remembers who I am. The first time they came out to fix my fridge they installed a bad compressor that would make the craziest sounds. I spent the better part of 2-months trying to get Samsung and Complete Electronics to coordinate a solution to my issue. Once was able to coordinate the communication regarding arrival and dates was poor. I received a call the day before scheduled service which did not allow ample time to take off work and plan. They did complete the job properly and were very friendly in person. Completely electronics should strive to be better communicators with clients and work orders. The repairs to my fridge were covered under warranty and free of charge.

I couldn't even take my phone to work because it would be near dead before I got off. Fast forward to BATTERIES PLUS, I met this young genius named Carl and he fixed the phone COMPLETELY! Carl told me the other 'repair' place put a generic screen on and it was the cause of all the phantom touches. I've had the phone for about 2 weeks at least. All of those earlier problems are GONE. I don't have to charge my phone every 5-6 hours. I can go a few days before having to charge. It doesn't open up anything unless I select it. No more fighting for control over my phone.
