I'm person Complete Electronics were really nice and personable. They were however very difficult to pin down and not very good with scheduling and communication. The first time they came out to fix my fridge they installed a bad compressor that would make the craziest sounds. I spent the better part of 2-months trying to get Samsung and Complete Electronics to coordinate a solution to my issue. Once was able to coordinate the communication regarding arrival and dates was poor. I received a call the day before scheduled service which did not allow ample time to take off work and plan. They did complete the job properly and were very friendly in person. Completely electronics should strive to be better communicators with clients and work orders. The repairs to my fridge were covered under warranty and free of charge. read more

The Complete Electronic technician went above and beyond! After the first fix stopped working after a couple weeks, tv not connecting to internet, he came back out to replace the motherboard which was not the problem. The tech realized there might be a problem with the mesh and proceeded to work on that even though it was not his responsibility or a Samsung problem. After about two hours I was up and running. The tech took the time to show me how to troubleshoot the system. Their response time was great, scheduling was easy and I was kept informed about arrival times in advance...couldn't be happier. read more

Terrible, very unprofessional. I create a service request on the Samsung website on 05/01/2021 and was assigned with them for May 14th. Today, May 03rd, a woman called me demanding proof of purchase. My TV is registered with Samsung and under warranty until Nov/2021 and the madwoman started to argue with me claiming that my TV was out of warranty and canceled my service request. I called Samsung and they confirmed that my TV is under warranty and that this woman from Complete Electronic Specialist canceled my service because I was abusive with her on the phone. I did not call them, they were the ones calling and demanding proof of purchase and falsely claiming that my TV is out of warranty. I quick search on them, prove that they are a bad company as shown in several reviews here on Yelp and BBB of Tampa. Samsung needs to get rid of leeches like this which hurts Samsung's reputation. He was very polite. The rudest service man just left my house, storming away in such a rush that he almost hit a neighbor's car on the way out. His behavior was truly vile and condescending, this after he called when lost and I cheerfully gave him directions and waited outside for him. He entered, and I explained that we troubleshooted with the cable company on multiple occasions (they found nothing wrong), and I also checked with a Blu-ray and some ultra HD Netflix shows. In ALL these cases, the images were grainy like an old VHS tape, or best case, like a non HD tv. Bear in mind this is a Brand New 4K ultra HD tv, so there's no reason for literally everything to look this bad. He was annoyed and brusque from the get-go. He found some channels and tried to tell me the problem was the content, to which I said "if everything I could possibly watch looks this bad, it doesn't so much matter why--the tv won't work for me. I can't pay this much for cable and have all these things I love to watch, and not even one of them looks good". My tone was friendly and polite, and yet he said "well if you have that attitude from the get-go, then you won't like it." WHAT DOES THAT EVEN MEAN. I responded patiently considering his nasty tone and a response from him that made no sense, "it's not my imagination. You can see it right there. It's not a matter of feelings or opinions. This image is bad, and the same Blu-ray played on my parents' 8 year old tv which looks amazing over there looks terrible here." He pretty much lost it and kept interrupting my partner and I while insisting the problem was everything else, even though I was finding correctly formatted things for my tv, even though my partner works in film and video tech, and even though we were still being insanely polite given how rude and condescending this guy was. Seriously, I don't have a bunch of spare time, but after how this went, I'm finding every place I can to say something. Nobody deserves to be treated this way. Truly disgusting. Technician was 2 hours late. 3 calls and finally a call back when I mentioned a refund. The customer service rep was rude when retuning the third call. I originally submitted the ticket because 5e oven was heating 25-50 degrees below the required heat and 5e top of the oven was scratched and I wanted to know replacement options. When the tech finally arrived, while the oven was heating up, I asked about the grease between the glass on the oven doors, the tech offered to clean the glass. However, left the top oven door a greasy smear with a small scratch. He then refused to correct the issue, told me he was busy, after I waited 2 hours and left. I was shocked, upset and stressed, so yes I left a not so nice VM. I received a call back the next day and was called a liar and to call an attorney and take it up with Samsung. They were rude right away. They didn't give any choices of when they coming out. They replaced the ice maker but didn't idn't do anything about the freezer. They said that is a different guy. So we called them and no response. Opened up another ticket with Samsung for the freezer. Samsung said they will send someone to diagnose it. They assigned these guys again. They immediately cancelled the ticket because it's out of warranty. Called Samsung again and opened another ticket. Samsung said that some parts are under warranty. The compressor has a 10 year warranty on it. However inorder to determine the issue and if it will be covered they need a diagnosis. They assigned these guys again and immediately they cancelled. They said the ticket needs to say extended warranty inorder for them to come out. I argued that some parts are still under warranty so why would it say that and that Samsung needs a diagnosis for the warranty. Called Samsung again and they were confused why the center keeps cancelling. They got the center on the phone and argued with them. They refused to come out. They're contracted with Samsung to perform warranty work and apparently there's enough of it to keep them in business regardless of the quality of their service. Our experience is to others here. Our Samsung TV quit working last year. After calling Samsung and playing along with their runaround, they finally said they're referring us to a technician for repair, which of course is Complete Electronics Specialist. It took over two weeks and 3 trips for them to get it right. On the second trip they acutely tried to leave us with used parts and when we turned on the TV it had save the Amazon Prime account information of the previous user. I told them that was unacceptable and wanted it fixed correctly. On the 3rd trip they finally got it right (so we thought). Here we are about a year later and we're having the exact same issue again. Luckily my wife negotiated a 2 year extension of the warranty with Samsung, but we're back to dealing with Complete Electronics Specialist again. We've been waiting 3 weeks for the Technician to come. Our initial appointment was for this past Friday 9/15/23 between 5PM & 8PM. No one showed as we waited instead of being able to do anything on a Friday night other than wait for these people, and no call to tell us the tech was unable to make the appointment and to reschedule. The call to start authorized service repair started on April 3rd, 2019. Samsung compact dryer stacked on washer, 18 months old, not drying. The service call occurred on the 12th, as scheduled. The tech went to move the stacked unit, first shifting a freestanding pantry nearby and caused the fully loaded shelves to collapse. Not good, but mistakes happen. He said he'd need to come back in a day or two with a helper and some sort of device that lifts the unit, and that I should expect a call, later that day or on Monday, to reschedule. I left a message Monday (15th) night, seeing to reschedule. No call, so today is the 25th so I called again. I was told by the person answering the call that I must have had a returned call, as their supervisor is very good at staying in contact with customers. I said no, I am certain I have not had a phone call from them. She asked me I had detached the stacked units yet. I said no, I had not been told that the dryer had to be detached. She said I must have been given these instructions. I then repeated with certainty that I was not given those instructions. She then told me to calm down. The nerve... They have dropped the ball several times, and tried to blame me for the communications failures. Ridiculous! I have cancelled the service call and will now share my dissatisfaction with anyone who wants to hear about, including Samsung. Update. I called another repair company, Dryer Vent Fix-it-Fellows. If there was a way for me to give a zero stars I would. Technician came on a Wednesday on time and diagnosed a washer for repair. I initially paid a fee of $105 for the diagnostic which I'm ok with. Now the technician said that he will order the part and that the diagnostics fee will be rolled in to the repair which I was happy about. Friday I get a call from Heather regarding the repair and advises me about the total amount that would be due. When I ask about the diagnostics fee that would be rolled over she said "Let me reword the verbiage so you can understand me better, labor will now be $200 which includes the $105 you initially paid". She went from charging me $95 for labor to $200, she added the fee I initially paid. She said this in the most rudest way possible. I asked a simple question with no attitude and I get this response from her in the most unprofessional way. I immediately contacted Samsung and filed a complaint with them regarding this company. She could have simply explained that I was misinformed and apologize for the wrong information and I would have understood. On Tuesday 12/28 this company sent out a technician to fix a problem with a Samsung product and dented another appliance and did not leave the appliance that was allegedly fixed properly and left that appliance more damaged than it was before they were called. I tried reaching out to them and started speaking to a female associate who handed the phone someone named Anthony with out telling me who then hung up on me. I was told flat out that their associate did not do the damage even though no one else from their team was present to witness but I was and then hung up on by the owner. They were so unprofessional and dismissed any concerns or complaints that I had without even being asked what was told.
