Aaron Brockstar saved the day when we had a moving company stand us up. He shifted things around with his crew and hired extra workers to make it happen. They packed our whole house and two business offices, drove across the state, and unpacked us- even our offices! His crew was polite, friendly, and professional. The packers asked detailed questions that reassured me and the movers made sure every box was exactly where I wanted it without me even having to ask. We have moved twice in the last two years, the first move we used 2 men and a truck and they were horrible. They moved is 3 days after our scheduled date and were careless with our things, oh and expensive. This last move we used Brockstar and they were amazing. There were prompt, fast and very careful of our belongings and with both the apartment we moved out of and the condo we moved into. They were fantastic and even helped us move a couple of thing around at the new place that would have been difficult or impossible for us to do on our own. BrockStar is amazing, I called on Monday Nov 29, to see if they could do an unload at 3pm on a Thursday Dec 2, into our new home. The other company I had contacted was not calling us back & we needed to up move in time. Aaron made it happen. Aaron kept in contact with us the day of move in and was on site right after the truck arrived. The crew was professional and organized they had us unloaded in no time. She was so friendly and knowledgeable. She took down all the information and conveyed that information to Aaron. He called me a week before the move and verified all the information as well. Exceptional job! I recommend 100%. Jason and Eric worked non-stop and were very courteous making sure everything was placed in the room it belonged. I was impressed and grateful for the way the "hanging" clothes were transported. These clothes stayed on the hanger and were boxed and transported WITHOUT having to take everything off the hangers. Being boxed (while hung) they were transported without having to be in contact with all the other items. This saved me a huge amount of packing/unpacking time. Great job guys! read more

Aaron and his team did a great job on our 200-mile move. It was an extremely long day for the guys, but they got it loaded, delivered, and unloaded all in one shot. Nothing broken! I have moved 5 times before, and this is the first time that there was zero damage. Best of all, they did not nickle-and-dime us for any of the extras they provided.
