Unfortunately, I had faulty windshield blades installed at Ensign which resulted in a cracked windshield. Although Ensign never admitted to their faults and I had to pay out of pocket for the deductible, the technician at Avenue Auto was very helpful. He tried his best to explain to the service manager at Ensign why the blades were inappropriate even though they would not listen. They were supposed to repair a badly damaged bumper, rather than spending time to…read moresource a new one they used masking tape to stick it together from the back (without showing me) and gave me the truck with the bumper literally stuck together with masking tape and said "here u go u have lifetime warranty" to add insult to injury they didn't sand the scratched paint and just painted over it without another coat (which all started cracking as can be seen in the photos). When it all fell apart a few months later they said "oh we see u have a scratch too bad no warranty go away" this is theft, scam and rip off at its finest. This issue is ongoing. Horrible experience
