Looking at the damage afterwards, Its fairly clear the repair was the cause, and their reaction to the subsequent crack was "you'll need a new window and you have to pay your deductible of $500". I'd say they simply look at the damage as a revenue opportunity. No apology, no compensation. Another glass shop said they should at least comp me the deductible. No dice. I had been a long term customer of SpeedyGlass. Nevermore.

They offered a loaner vehicle which was very helpful. I dropped my car off on Monday morning and picked up the loaner vehicle. They texted me every day to give me an update on the progress of the repair (very nice and assuring). The best part was that it was finished a day early - amazing. I picked up my car and it was just washed and very clean. You would never know there was damage from the accident.
