Looking at the damage afterwards, Its fairly clear the repair was the cause, and their reaction to the subsequent crack was "you'll need a new window and you have to pay your deductible of $500". I'd say they simply look at the damage as a revenue opportunity. No apology, no compensation. Another glass shop said they should at least comp me the deductible. No dice. I met with Siavash and he quickly explained the process and was very friendly. Both Sia and Amir are very pleasant and easy to deal with. When it all fell apart a few months later they said "oh we see u have a scratch too bad no warranty go away" this is theft, scam and rip off at its finest. This issue is ongoing. Horrible experience
