Dr Brodie and his staff went above and beyond expectations in reattaching my 95 yo mother's fron tooth that fell out. This is the best dentist and dental office in all of Southern Oregon! I've been seeing them for a couple of years now. The ladies at the front desk are super knowledgeable. They helped me with an implant and were able to break it up in a way that it was affordable for me. They are very professional, and yet friendly. At my most recent appointment my hygienist noticed something on one of my teeth that was concerning and Dr. Brodie was able to allay any fears that I might have and told me what procedures to take care of it would be. I'm fairly new to the area, new enough to not have a dentist yet. I was impressed with reviews for Dr Brodie and his staff and chose them to help me when I chipped my tooth. Unfortunately, like many practices today they are so busy and short-staffed an appointment would take weeks. That was not going to work for Sara and she spoke to Dr Brodie about my broken tooth being in the front. Together they worked his schedule so I could be seen in a few days. Dr Brodie was so friendly and easy going yet professional. He examined my x-rays and teeth and consulted with my previous dental office in San Diego to prepare a beautiful temporary tooth for me that looks and wears great. I already have an appointment for my initial patient interview (usually done before your first appointment) and for the fitting of my new permanent tooth. All the five star reviews are right. Dr. Brodie and his staff are consummate professionals and immensely compassionate. I had just moved back to the Rogue Valley and had a toothache and they got me right in as a new patient. Dr. Brodie spent time with me to assess the issue. I had to make a decision whether to have my tooth pulled or have a root canal. It was a big decision because pulling my tooth meant losing half of my bridge. Dr. Brodie helped me with the decision making process. He is very through & straight to the point about treatment need while giving you all the information to make informed decisions about your treatment. When completing necessary treatment, I was able to see the diligence and perfectionism in his work while being able to completely relax! They offered free Nitrous oxide & have a great new devise that holds your tongue back so that you don't have to worry about swallowing during treatment.
