Every single staff member I've interacted with has been friendly and accommodating. I'm a wheelchair user and find the office far more navigable than most medical settings. Plus they have SUPER sturdy dental chairs with arms that go down on BOTH sides, which is a rare find -- and absolutely great for higher-weight patients. I can't think of a single way they could improve - they even offer a membership that saves some $$.

After reading online reviews and speaking with very helpful and friendly staff who assured me my specific needs and concerns would be catered to (i.e. not forcing unnecessary x-rays on me when I am electro-sensitive, and not exposing me to chemicals that trigger bad reactions due to my MCS/chemical sensitivities), and explained that Dr. Tanner did his best to first save teeth before heading down the root canal/crown/extraction road, I went ahead and made an appointment. And what I can say is I am so glad I did! Dr. Tanner and his staff made me feel totally at ease and comfortable and really took time to listen to my concerns and address these with patience and caring attention. Dr. Tanner has a great bedside manner and treats patients as fellow humans, whom he does his upmost to help. In my case he worked with me to come up with creative solutions to my problem without causing me any financial ruin or other trauma. I would definitely recommend Dr. Tanner, whether or not you are specifically looking for a holistic approach. But if you are then he's the one to see, and especially if other dentists have let you down and led you astray in the past. While I didn't directly see him interacting with kids, I could tell that he'd be really good with them, especially any who are usually afraid of dentist or doctor's offices (or adults who are afraid.. like me!).

She is a clear communicator and keeps me informed of anything I need to know as well as answering my questions. Last winter I had to have a cracked rear molar removed. The oral surgeon that worked on me did a superb job. Afterward I had no tenderness at all. I can't remember how many years I have been coming to Premier Care Dental but I am very, very pleased with the care that I consistently receive.

Dr. Barratt is straight forward, and works efficiently. Scheduling is great, and I've never had to wait for more than a few minutes in the waiting room. The cleanliness is immaculate. Marika is a great hygienist. Premier also accepts my insurance. Dr. Barratt is honest, and unlike many other dentists, he doesn't push services or unnecessary procedures. Highly recommended.

Even though she admitted that she had listened to my messages. Billing another customer was more important than worrying about a patient's dental issue. I ended up leaving and finding another dentist who saw me right away. The dentists and hygienists here are great, but the front office staff definitely needs to improve on communication and customer care. In an emergency, a little compassion goes a long way. I won't be back.
