He did a great job with orthodontic work for me and my kids and is never rushed or flustered. All members of the office staff know you by name and everyone greets you personally as you walk in. It is a very nice office that looks more like a decorated high end furniture store with state of the art technology and equipment. Not only did they make the Invisalign experience seamless, they were also willing to address any minor tweaks and patient satisfaction seems to always come first. They go above and beyond with customer experience by celebrating patient birthdays with personalized cards and Dunkin Donut gift cards, offering ice cream bars in the summer and always rewarding patients with high quality branded items at treatment milestones i.e. water bottles, insulated coffee mugs and t-shirts that go beyond regular tchotchkes.
