I adore him. Truly. He's kind and gentle. He knows how to put me at ease. I'm admittedly a big big baby when it comes to dental care but I trust him completely. He relates to fear and knows how to help. I have taken meds for years before dental visits but with him I'm able to go in without anything. I highly recommend him to anyone but especially for people like me with A LOT of dental anxiety. Sara is my hygienist. If you go in ask for her specifically. She was a dental assistant for two decades before she became a hygienist. She's super gentle and incredibly intelligent. She offers me new ideas and tricks when I come in. She remembers me and what we talked about last. She asks about my kids and talks freely about herself. I love that! It makes me feel like I matter to her even though I only see her twice a year! Lastly, the office manager, Tricia, is super sweet and knowledgeable. She's a patient of the practice as well and she knows everything about the practice. She's worked as a dental assistant in the back for years, in the front office, and as the person you talk with if you want to have any cosmetic or aesthetic done. She's Dr. Cha's right hand and I've come to truly enjoy chatting with her. She loves what she does and you can tell.

DO NOT go to this dentist!!!…read more I've been a patient for 3 years or so and followed Dr. Endicott's very expensive plan to renovate my mouth for a "perfect smile". I did have a few missing teeth as I'm 62 years old. Two are in the very back and one on the side. I will tell you I agreed to this plan it sounded very appealing. I have long wanted a perfect smile. So we began our journey approximately three years ago to the tune of $13-$15,000. I literally had to purchase dental insurance in order to stay ahead of it. It covered quite a bit, but not nearly enough. I made $300 payments for two years or more. On April 11, 2025 I had a heart attack and evidently no-showed an appointment. Sometime later I called to reschedule. The girl on the phone acted as if it was not a problem at all she wished me well and rescheduled my appointment. I now know that must've been Maddie. I got a call back from another person in the office stating that they don't do cleanings immediately following a heart attack and clearance from my PCP was required before the cleaning could happen. I then informed the receptionist that my $4000 implant had somehow come unscrewed. She told me to go ahead and come in and the dentist would repair that as long as I had the tooth. I did. They called me yesterday and asked me why I hadn't shown to my appointment I informed the receptionist that my appointment wasn't until today or at least that's how I had it. She confirmed she had me on the schedule both yesterday and today. I told her I would see her today at 2:30. Today at 2:30 I called as I had left my implant at my house. I've been having some cognitive issues since my heart attack. I explained and told her I could be there in 20 minutes. She said no problem they would see me then. She should've said "I'm sorry your balance will need to be paid in full before we can see you."NOT have me drive all the way across town to be stopped at the front desk and told I had $162 outstanding balance. I informed them I was going through a divorce and then I had a pre-settlement payment that should arrive in the next five days and I would pay that in full upon its arrival. I noticed the women in the office had convened in the back room chitchatting while one woman sat at the front demeaning me, telling me my insurance had been canceled and I needed to pay that outstanding balance or I wouldn't be seen today. My insurance was canceled because my husband stopped paying it, but we won't go there. I explained that to them and was again informed that was not good enough. I had to pay it or they weren't going to place the tooth in addition to that there would be a charge for placing the tooth. The one I paid $4000 for about two years ago.!!!!! Frankly, that tooth has never been right and he knows it. It looks like a pumpkin it's completely round. He filed it too far into the gum and it has a black line underneath. He briefly admitted his mistake while placing the tooth then dropped it. I really should've given it back to him and and asked for him to redo it. But I didn't because I'm polite and took what was given. So I left today with my tooth in a pill bottle and a torn up gum line where I've been trying to chew with no tooth. Extremely painful, but not nearly as painful as the scolding I got from the office of Endicott dental!!! Everyone, but a young lady named Maddie was extremely rude and refused to let me talk to the dentist. The $162 remains unpaid will remain unpaid. He can turn it in if he wants to. kindness is free. Nobody at Endicott dental (except for Maddie) cares to be kind. Judgmental and caddy is more their style. They're all about the money and they want plenty of it. DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE BELITTLED AND DENIED DENTAL PROCEDURES THAT ARE NECESSARY. EVEN AFTER EXPLAINING I WAS IN PAIN AND HAD A HEART ATTACK. THE OFFICE experience = NEGATIVE one Star. The dentistry = 3. As far as affordability goes, he's expensive. I guess the big new offices have gone to their heads. I noticed a huge turnover in staff. To embarrass or correct your patients in front of others is bad business. To be rude, disrespectful and deny them dental care that an enormous amount of money has already paid for.... is unforgivable. Shame on you, Dr. Endicott.. shame, shame on you, for not coming out of the office. For hiding behind the women you've placed at the front door to your lively hood. You should've talked to your patient to find out for yourself what was really going on. I'll never return to this dentist. Hurry Maddie, run!! Before you become jaded or they turn on you. You're far too sweet to be in that environment. #Kindness.
