We were completely uninvolved in our son's interaction with these lowlifes, yet they called us constantly, even pretending to be arbitration offices, legal couriers, etc. Same guy, same voice. This "business" is really a front for terrorizing people. I hate to imagine how the frail elderly or developmentally challenged would be intimidated into signing over income or even whole bank accounts! If you need credit counseling go to a reputable firm. Check with the Better Business Bureau where you live and in Delray Beach, FL. These horrible people operate countrywide.

I did need help on my payments, season was very slow, I was honestly in a bad position. Nikki got me approved for a lower payment, she held my hand through the process, she keeps in contact with me, and if I had any questions she'd always get back to me. Even though I was skeptical, so far so good. I cannot complain.

We were told we qualified for a modification back in June 2011 and as of today, 1/19/12, they haven't done anything to speak of. They took $3500.00 from us, up front, and it doesn't seem like they have done anything for us. We have had constant problems getting someone to call us back and answer our questions or give us a status. They to check their website for updates, but the site only gets updated when we call them and actually get someone to call us back. Our home is scheduled to be auctioned off on 1/27/12, and they refuse to answer any phone calls for emails AND we had to tell them about the auction date, they had no idea and just kept telling us that our case was still in review. They even said that when we called them to tell them about the sale date. The people I am having problems with are: Robert Parr, Chris Thompson and his assistant Valencia. If anyone else is having issues with this law group, please post it everywhere!!! They said not to make any mortgage payments while I was getting a modification and not to worry! The man who left a voicemail slurred his words and said their phone number so quickly that I had to replay it 3× Because he called from a blocked number. He also didn't say the extension and there is no general line to speak to someone. This seems like a very shady and run-down business without even a receptionist. I will not be paying them any more than for services rendered.
